Food and service both good. A couple of weird things—they serve the eggs Benedict on a tiny plate the size of a coffee saucer. I asked for both a larger plate and extra hollandaise as there was very little on the plate. With that. It became one of the best dishes around. Chicken and waffles was good but the waffle was very small although delicious. We will go back again!

What a sweet little place! We went there for Sunday brunch and I went with the servers recommendation of breakfast tacos, they were delicious. A sweet boho setting in a grove of eclectic plants and trees. Highly recommend.

We are from Boston and whenever we come to Sebring to visit my mother we ALWAYS go to Faded Bistro. Yesterday was Tequila Tuesday with $4 Tequila and we got the Filet Capone that is mouth watering delicious! The bruschetta for an appetizer is amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant!

We’ve been wanting to try this place since March but we didn’t have reservations and there was a 2 hour wait. We went back in June and got in with no problem! The food was delish (blackened fish tacos and Shrimp and Caribbean rice) and drinks just as yummy! Wound up going to the Backyard to have a couple of drinks and listen to live music (Hard Candy) Awesome time!

Food and service was great! We dined in the inside area (which had plastic flaps) however wish we had dined outside. The inside area was loud due to the hard floor and hard to hear each other. Nice to be in the AC but just a little loud :) The outside patio has a nice new hut that covers the dining there and it had a nice garden feel — I recommend that for anyone coming in the future. Also a reservation is a must!

The open table app would not allow the number for the party to be changed I requested regular(not tall table) for my guest due to a medical condition. We were still placed at a high top table. The hostess proceeded to tell us it’s all that was available even with my reservation. She eventually moved out table. Not sure the point of the reservation at that point. But I love this place and will continue to visit!

This place just keeps getting better every time we visit. They have added a thatch roof over the deck in the garden area! Gives a lot more shade on hot sunny days. The food was delicious. We both had Crab Cake Eggs Benedict with a side of hash browns. My glass was never empty of Bottomless Mimosas and my wife enjoyed the 420 cocktail. We both highly recommend this place and we try to get here a few times in the winter.

We love Faded and always bring our out of town friends there to show off one of our local jewels. Last night was no exception and our Miami friends were incredibly impressed…the food was wonderful, drinks were great and the service and ambiance were spot on as always.
