The Factory Kitchen is the product of a long-standing friendship between Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana. Ferdinandi and Auriana share the vision of imparting their Italian roots and memories through food and hospitality. The original trattoria, serving traditional Italian recipes, opened its doors October 2013, in The Arts District, Downtown Los Angeles. The Factory Kitchen takes its name from the street it’s located on and the former factory building complex that hosts it, but the restaurant’s soul is purely Italian.

In the kitchen, Chef Auriana prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at The Factory Kitchen highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes. These recipes have been passed down from generation to generation within Italian families.

Beverage Director and Sommelier Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi has created a wine list which reflects the essence of their distinctive regions.

Unfortunately the Las Vegas location disappointed and didn’t compare to our great experiences st the LA Factory Kitchen. The food was Extremely over salted and I’m still feeling the effects of salt overload the next day. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence, good food shouldn’t need so much salt. I rarely if ever write reviews but this really warranted one.

Got a pebble in my pasta plate. Same for a colleague of mine in the same pasta dish (mandilli)

I guess was a piece of walnut shell? Anyway, manager came to talk to us but still paid the full bill

Exceeded expectations!!! food was exceptionally consistent- kudos to the culinary team!!! Delicious desert-thank you!!! Espressos were yummy! Highly recommend!!! Casual and not stuffy at all!

Overall it as a good experience. We did make a reservation as we were entertaining clients and for some policy reason they would not seat us until our entire party arrived. I asked to be seated at 12:25pm for a 12:30pm reservation so i could pre-order appetizers and wine and they said not until our entire party was there. Really odd...i had a reservation and 3 of the 5 of us were there. They said it was 'policy'...kind of a stupid policy.

I have never had pasta as good as this. It was absolutely outstanding. Everything we tried was so delicious and you can certainly tell the culinary team loves what they do.

Great food and great service. We were seated quickly at a busy time and the server's recommendations were wonderful. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Located on restaurant row between Palazzo and Venetian, this is a relatively new restaurant which will likely see much convention business for lunch as it is one of the closest to the Sands Convention Center. Connecting with a colleague for a business lunch, I read the menu and said to myself, that'll be ok. There were two of us and we split a salad that was out of this world and a bucatini entree and were both very pleased with the quality of the food and the quantity.

We went for lunch and the food was very good. Nice to have brunch choices as well. The pasta was quite light, which was a nice surprise. Only negative was the exceedingly long time that it took to get food even though there were very few customers. It took about 40 minutes to receive food after ordering. Thankfully, they noticed and provided bread to stave off our hunger.

We were disappointed overall with the food service and ambiance. The calamari appetizer was very good and probably the best dish. We had to send back the sea bass because it was dry. My short rib pasta was good and the truffle pasta which we chose to replace the sea bass was OK. The bread pudding dessert was OK as well. Overall we were expecting better.

Everything wonderful. Food beautifully prepared. Seafood risotto , short rib agnolotti , snow crab linguine all delicious. Squash blossoms perfect.

We tried this restaurant out as we were staying at The Palazzo and they offered a discount on dinner here. We are so glad they did! Amazing food, excellent service and beautifully decorated restaurant. We dined with our two kids and they ordered off the main menu with us. They had the cazonzei, my husband had the agnolotti and I did the tortellini. I really couldn’t pick a favorite, I tried them all and it was all delicious!

I frequent the Factory Kitchen in DTLA and wanted to try the on in Vegas.... the Mandili was just as good ... the service excellent... felt like I was at home!
My date loved it just as much as I or even more!

The food was outstanding! We started with the prosciutto di parma, highly recommend if you like burrata as well. For entrees we had 2 orders of casonzei, papardelle & a special of the day gnocchi. All of the pasta is handmade and they use quality ingredients. We cleaned our plates. I would go back anytime!

This place was a great date night selection for my fiancee and me. The service was outstanding and very attentive. The server asked if we had any food allergies and based her recommendations on that. She was very knowledgeable about the food being served and gave good recommendations. The food was beyond our expectations.

This is some of the best food we've had. Not Italian comfort food at all. We started with the summer salad which was melon, Bing cherries, tomatoes and cucumbers. This was a perfect starter-very well designed.
We then shared the mandilli which was perfectly prepared pasta and was memorable. We also shared the canozei, the pork based ravioli. This was very good but a bit rich, weakest dish of this great meal.The entree was the special duck breast-very solid. We finished with the brilliant cherry crostada.

We stay at this resort 5-6 times a year. This restaurant will be one of our Staples from now on.

We had the Restaurant Week menu which was a GREAT value - 4 courses for $50. The pasta dishes were the highlight. Unfortunately, the turbot and the pork belly were a disappointment. However, overall, it was an excellent dining experience and I would highly recommend.

The meals were delicious. Our waiter took a really long time to come to our table to take even the drink order. He was very pleasant, continued to fill our water glasses, but took a really long time initially to take any order. The food tasted very good, but was rather pricy for what we got. The desserts were tasty and adequate. Overall we enjoyed the food and restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly.

Great for a group. Excellent food without being too fussy. Came during restaurant week and had excellent prix fixe options. Everything we ate was delicious and the servers were attentive without being intrusive. Would gladly return.

Amazing! The service was top notch!!! The food is amazing. A great experience for us!! A strong recommend!! The only glitch is the atmosphere. Turn up the lights, change out some amenities and you would have a cafeteria. Rather lame but the food and service easily overcame the lack of ambience. Overall, loved it!

We all had the shrimp in Saffron sauce and loved it. Not big portions so we ordered a traditional flatbread to start and it was delicious.
