   Our waiter was so great. He was super sweet with us, we brought our baby boy in with us and I was a little nervous because the restaurant is very nice but our waiter was great with us and you could tell it didn’t bother him at all that we brought our baby along, which I really appreciate it.

   Everything was so delicious, start your finish. Service was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary charcuterie to start; a special touch! We shared the scampi, snapper and veal chop paired with Chablis and Pinot noir. Can’t wait for our next visit!

   The hostess were somewhat rude when we arrived. We had a 7:30 reservation in the bar area. There were 2 available tables and they seated the walk-in’s. After we inquired where we were with our reservations, they said there were no seats available and forced us to wait. A couple seated at the bar counter heard about our ordeal offered us their seats when they were signing out. What made our visit worthwhile were the bartenders. They were aware of our ordeal, and gave us free appetizers, they were very attentive and provided great customer service. Too bad I can’t say the same about the hostess. The food was amazing.

   Arguably one of the best restaurants in Dallas. Highly recommend to anyone! I’ve celebrated various special occasions and enjoyed regular dining here, there’s never been one thing to take off points for.

    Fachini is simply amazing. The food is consistently exceptional every time we go there, and the wait staff is equally exceptional; very attentive without being intrusive. Looking forward to our next visit

    Fachini has lovely decor and a fun vibe for a night out. The food was not bad, but also not remarkable. Our waiter was nice and attentive refilling our glasses of wine, but overall not very consultative as to the menu or wine. Overall a place worth trying, but won't seek it out again.

    Fachini was just eh. Pretty disappointed after hearing all the reviews. The veal marsala that was recommended to us was tough and chewy.

    Third time (over years) we have visited this restaurant since it opened. The dining experiences were sadly similar. Service was excellent. Dessert was satisfactory. Appetizers and entrees tried this time were passable, but uninspiring. Each time we have eaten here, the food was ok, but still never much above average Italian one sees in Dallas. We have kept hoping it would be/get better than we experienced during previous visits, but no luck. Probably won't try again.

    This may have been the best Italian food I’ve had in Dallas! The 100 layer lasagna is a must order, along with the meatballs and penne a la vodka!!

    I sat in the bar and had the mushroom pasta it was excellent? The wine and drinks are pricey but the food was worth it. I will go back there.

    Save your money go somewhere!!! My iceberg chopped salad was garbage it tasted like pickled relish. My friend ordered the fried calamari it was uncooked, moved on to the second course chicken was dry, no flavor whatsoever, the only good thing about my dinning experience was the Carrot cake, my friend had the tiramisu it was not as extraordinary at all. At the end a rude manager came to tell us to leave, like that’s a NO, NO!! So for people that work on high ends establishment never judge a book by his cover, you should always treat All customers the same no matter their race or how they’re dress. You don’t ask customer to leave when we were clearly still finishing our glasses of wine. Cause there is a lot competition when it comes to food establishments and because your poor racist service I had a poor experience!! Dallas is full of great Italian restaurants, this place is overrated, y’all lost a valuable customer WILL NEVER BE RETURNING.

    Went on restaurant week and they had good selection. The service was fantastic but the food was good. Very small pour of wine they said was 5 ounces but barely 3. Had Cesar salad, veal and carrot cake. Didn’t like salad Veal was good and carrot cake if it hadn’t been too cold would have been great Best part was complimentary garlic bread with prosciutto and ricotta cheese

    We came for Restaurant Week and really enjoyed each course of our meals - I had the Chopped Salad, Veal Parmesan, and Carrot Cake. The service was excellent, and the music very retro and fun - we had a good time guessing the singers!

    The restaurant was very hot with no air moving. The service was prolonged. When our plates were clear and ready to be taken, our service did not remove them and left them for the busser. Not a great way to be a team player.
