Excellent service and food proposal. Good selection of wine and champagne. creative cocktails
Ok good place
Excelente comida y servicio. El bartender espectacular y la
Mesera también….. buscaron siempre en complacernos!!! Volvemos.
Nos encantó el Rodaballo y el
Pollo Cury!!!! Great job!!!
Excellent food presentation. However, tuna tartar had no flavor at all. Most of the food had to many pepper. There still a chance to improve with the flavors of the dishes.
The chef does an amazing job taking traditional Latin dishes and elevating them for a fine dining experience. The mangu with short rib was sensational. The rice and beans were flavorful and beautifully textured. I highly recommend this place.
Friendly service; staff was well informed; food was excellent. Chef came out and greeted us. Deconstructed crab turnovers were very satisfying.
El servicio puede mejorar, aunque no estuvo mal, pero no iba acorde con el nivel de la comida. El chef vino a la mesa para ver cómo nos había gustado todo. Encantador. La comida exquisita. La ensalada de chayote espectacular
So good and underrated. A must-try!
Very nice, great service!
I can't believe it took me so long to get to Fábula. Really interesting menú, excellent service, perfect live jazz music in the background, a truly wonderful experience at an awesome price.
La comida y el servicio excelente
Tienen algunos buenos platos pero le falta mucho para que sea una experiencia. Intentaré ir más adelante
The food was delicious. We ordered the Chayote salad and it was amazing. The lemon dressing was perfect and the salad was super fresh. I ordered the short rib mangu and it was very good too. The dish was sort of a mangu lasagna filled with meat and cheese on top. Overall it was a great time and the food is delicious.
It was a quiet night in Condado. The decor is inviting and extremely clean. Our server and the bartender were extremely attentive. Each course, our server asked for feedback on our food and fully took away plates, utensils and something I am picky about, she wiped the table between courses. The food was impressive. There are some reviews that say the portions were too small for price point. We found portion size equivalent to fine dining in PR. We had a chance to talk to the chef/owner and he is an impressive young chef.
For locals- check out the restaurant and help promote!
Tourists- The staff are fully bi-lingual, service was attentive and everything we had was plated beautifully and we were impressed with each course.
Pricey, (small portions for a big price tag) flavors were not impressive. Service was great, food was average.
We have a good experience.
The staff very attentive.
This recently opened restaurant in Condado is outstanding! The food is a combination of gourmet and Puerto-Rican flavors. They have enough space to accommodate customers following our new reality, I highly recommend this restaurant!
A foodie gem in Puerto Rico. This was by far the best meal I’ve had during my entire one week stay. It’s hard to find inventive and thoughtful cuisine here unfortunately. But this restaurant is an exception. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fine dining experience or just exceptionally good food! The service is great too — very attentive and patient as you navigate the menu as well as the wine and cocktail list.
Nice place, need to step up the menu! $25 pumpkin steak what’s that?
Decía seafood y no tenían pescado…
Me indicaron que cambiaron el menú
Food was excellent!
I found it too expensive for the quantity and quality of food . Not repeatable for me .. sorry
Fabula has a great atmosphere. However ,we were the only customers there on a Wednesday night. The server was very professional and courteous. When we asked her what one of the dishes was, she was unable to describe or say what it was. The Halibut was good. The Lobster and alcapurria dish was the most expensive on the menu and it did not live up to the price. Very little lobster and the presentation was less than appealing. The brussel sprout side was so salty as to render it inedible. The fried plantain side gave the impression that they were the kind of fried plantain that has been under a light in a a glass display case all day. We told the server about the salty brussel sprouts and she took it away. We were surprised that neither the chef nor the manager came over to see how they could make it right. Over all a disappointing dining experience.
This is a beautiful space with very friendly staff and good food! We wished we had been sat in the front of the restaurant, the ambience was better than the back where there was too much light and it felt like the hallway. The food was excellent though, although my halibut was slightly overcooked. The prices are high but it’s meant to be a high end place. Server and maitre d were both lovely!! They’ve only been open a few months so I think they’ll hit their stride in the coming months! Well worth a visit!
Food was outstanding, the presentation was the highlight and the food was the backup. Overall very happy with the experience and the restaurant.
Really hit n miss. Not fine dining at all. $12 for a Costco desert. No thanks! The baked loaf tasted like laundry detergent, Really disappointing place. Save the money! Go somewhere better!
Comida excelente. Lista de vinos limitada. Parking limitado. Experiencia positiva. Pienso regresar.
As we arrived our table was ready. Service should improve. The waitress had poor knowlege about the wine list and missed things needed in our table. Food was excelent. Dont miss the Beef tartare and the scallop ceviche. We understand the problems brought by Covid in order to staff adequately, but waiters must be better trained. Definetely I will recomend eating in this restaurant.
The waitress was outstanding!. The food was delicious!! The chef came out to meet us. Great experience.
Good Food! Only an course came little salty for my taste.
Food was amazing! Chef Yamil is an absolute wizard of flavors and spices! Highly recommend this place for all gourmets visiting San Juan, and ready to be impressed! Enjoy!
The prices are for a fine dining restaurant, but this place does not provide that experience. The quality of the preparation of the food is low. We asked for a duck, and it was hard as a rock in addition to be overcooked. We had to return it. They brought us the pork dish , and it was dry . The other person at the table is lactose intolerant, and asked the halibut without the butter. The chef was not able to replace the butter with, let's say, oil, and the dish was dry. He simply removed the butter. The cheesecake came very cold. I waited 20 minutes to make it eatable. The waiters need training. Even though, our waiter was sweet, she didn't know how to open a bottle of wine and the details about the dishes. I am not coming back.
. I am not coming back.
I’ve had the pleasure of coming to P.R. frequently Since 2008 and this is hands down the best fine dining I’ve had in Puerto Rico. I can not say enough good things about Chef Yamil, his staff, and food. The flavor profiles were thought provoking and engaging, the cocktail menu is mesmerizing, and the attention to detail definitely does not go unnoticed. The staff at Fabula have been definitely been held to a high standard and they executed everything beautifully. I’m a classically French trained chef and I work for a catering company based out of Switzerland (incredibly familiar with fine dining/Michelin stars.)
well done chef. I looked forward to this new restaurant and now I find myself being even more excited to return for another seasonally delectable meal in the future. Saludos!
New Culinari destiny. Colors and flavors designed like no other Chef has done un Puerto Rico.
It was excellent. From our waitress to the food and its presentation superb. A night to remember.😉
AMAZING food, Chef Yamil really knows what he’s doing!
To expensive , nothing special
