Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

SECOND F1RST
Our second anniversary will be on Friday July 25, 2025. Chef Adam Weiss will be doing our Summer A La Carte Menu with some specials and surprises for this special evening. Hostess Hedy and the staff will ensure to make this a special memorable evening as we venture forward into this culinary adventure.

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Menu was exceptional - so many enticing choices. Our choices exceeded our expectations. Chef Andrew is among the very best. He is very creative and skilled.

I had the veal chop special and with was such a well balanced and flavorful bite. My husband had the filet minion with a reduction sauce that made you want to lick the plate to get every last drop.

We were a party of six visiting on a weeknight. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We were very well taken care off. The chef came out to say hello which was very nice. Really recommend this place - definitely a local gem!

We love First. All the food is very creative and well presented. It’s always a dilemma what to order because of all the interesting dishes we want to try. We’ve eaten there many times and have never had a disappointing dish.
