Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

    This was our first time at F1rst. We will certainly be back. The appetizers were uniquely prepared and delicious. Our main courses arrived at our table hot and tasted delectable. The portions were quite generous, and we look forward to enjoying them as leftovers. Finally, the desserts were scrumptious. One of our party, even recognized the chocolate lava from the Culinary Institute. The hostess confirmed that the chef went to school there. Already looking forward to our next meal there.

    We loved this restaurant. It was very inviting and nicely adorned. The food was wonderful and the menu have SEVERAL gluten free options including dessert. We had a duck entree and a halibut entree. Both were excellent. We also had the leak soup and a beet appetizer with hummus and quinoa. The service was absolutely impeccable and very friendly. We would without hesitation recommend dining at this upscale restaurant. Kudos to the chef owner and his staff.

    We had a lovely time at the restaurant celebrating a birthday the presentation of the menu and the food this phenomenal Chef even came out to talk to us, will definitely go again

    Chef Adam creates amazing dishes using the highest quality ingredients. The zucchini flowers were a special tonight and they did not disappoint. The halibut special was cooked to perfection. Desserts are always a must. The entire wait staff is professional and friendly. Vincent and Heddy are always delightful.

    Second visit for all six of us and second great meal. Vincent was an excellent server as well. Chef Adam spoke with us for over 5 minutes. Definitely worth a trip for those that haven't been there. My wife could have made up her dinner with just appretizers they are so good.

    Wow, first timer's here. Heard about this restaurant from a friend so we decided to try it out. It's a nicely decorated interior, pretty simple but pleasantly done. Our server Linda was wonderful... pleasant, helpful and very informative. She made our evening very special. From app's to dinner, every meal was exceptional. Each dish was carefully thought out ingredient and presentation wise. We all loved all our dishes and were extremely happy that we went there. It's not to often the owner/chef comes out to meet and talk to their clients but we had a chance to speak with him about his career and we talked about a few of his recipes. It's always amazing to talk to someone so passionate about their craft and we had fun talking to him about that. Can't say enough about this restaurant, please try it... you won't be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

    Amazing dinner as always. The crab cake Oscar was delicious as was the halibut special and scallop paella . Chef Adam never disappoints!

    Every course was absolutely delicious and everything was homemade and incredibly fresh. Chef Adam Weiss creates a wonderful menu where every dish hits the mark. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and provides just the right level of service. Great experience overall which I’d definitely recommend!
