From Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra and Little Blue Door, Eylan offers seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from different regions of India. The bar program by West-Bev and Christopher Longoria draws upon the kaleidoscope of ingredients and techniques that make up global cocktail culture, while also taking inspiration from the culinary traditions of India. Wine director Andre Sydnor's program offers depth in classic regions like Burgundy, Champagne, Piedmont, and California, offering a variety of options for casual wine lovers while including more exclusive selections for serious oenophiles.

Our parking is located beneath the restaurant in a parking garage. The entrance is located off the intersection of El Camino Real and Middle Ave. If you are going north on El Camino Real, make a right onto Middle Ave (if going south on El Camino Real, make a left) and follow the street to the right. The first downward ramp leads down to our parking garage. This will look like an entrance into the condominiums. Once you get to the bottom turn to the right and drive until you find an elevator to the right along the wall. This will lead to our lobby on the first floor.

Designed to ensure seamless service and an elevated atmosphere, this offering allows larger parties to fully engage with the artistry of our menu while enjoying the warm hospitality that defines our restaurant. A commitment to this tasting menu is required for groups of this size, ensuring that every guest enjoys a meticulously orchestrated experience at the highest level of our culinary vision. All children ages 5-10 years of age will be required to participate in the tasting menu at a $65/person. Children 11 years of age and older will be required to participate at the normal $125/person rate.

We were seated in the patio and were essentially neglected. We sat there a long time between each dish. The waiter is nowhere to be seen. For a restaurant of this name and price, the service should be much better. My guests were disappointed with the endless waits between dishes. At the very least, the waiter should have appraised on when we can expect our food. The food was delicious.

GREAT FUN BEAUTIFUL RESTURANT! Only complaint: Noise level! Glad after all that we were seated in the bar area, as the main floor was crazy busy and way way too loud. Yummmy food. Can’t wait to go back!

Ayesha helped us have a great anniversary dinner and even surprised us with a sorbet dessert with candle to celebrate our event. Food and service was top notch. Wine was crisp. We will be back again!
