From Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra and Little Blue Door, Eylan offers seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from different regions of India. The bar program by West-Bev and Christopher Longoria draws upon the kaleidoscope of ingredients and techniques that make up global cocktail culture, while also taking inspiration from the culinary traditions of India. Our parking is located beneath the restaurant in a parking garage. The entrance is located off the intersection of El Camino Real and Middle Ave. If you are going north on El Camino Real, make a right onto Middle Ave (if going south on El Camino Real, make a left) and follow the street to the right. The first downward ramp leads down to our parking garage. This will look like an entrance into the condominiums. Once you get to the bottom turn to the right and drive until you find an elevator to the right along the wall. This will lead to our lobby on the first floor.

We were seated in the patio and were essentially neglected. We sat there a long time between each dish. The waiter is nowhere to be seen. For a restaurant of this name and price, the service should be much better. My guests were disappointed with the endless waits between dishes. At the very least, the waiter should have appraised on when we can expect our food. The food was delicious.

Wonderfully curated....every bite is satisfying, be it the Chilled grape chaas, the Trumpet mushrooms or the Tomatillo butter chicken ! Can't wait to go in again,

GREAT FUN BEAUTIFUL RESTURANT! Only complaint: Noise level! Glad after all that we were seated in the bar area, as the main floor was crazy busy and way way too loud. Yummmy food. Can’t wait to go back!

Ayesha helped us have a great anniversary dinner and even surprised us with a sorbet dessert with candle to celebrate our event. Food and service was top notch. Wine was crisp. We will be back again!

Loved the food at Eylan.?The crispy chicken & Taro chaat were our favorites. The milkcake icecream was the icing.

Hands-down, the best dining experience I’ve ever had with Indian food. It’s on the level of meals we have had in London. Bravo to Ayesha and her fabulous team.
