Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.

Davis Pardon under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Our meals wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail or paired bottle of wine.

Overall, food was ok. The spaghetti bolognese was delicious but the raw oysters had no flavor. Angus steak was also just ok (very chewy). Restaurant was half full but service took a while. Didn’t get checked on until dinner was almost gone so we couldn’t address concerns we had. Drinks were great, most likely would only go back for happy hour.

Prices are above average for this type food, but food was very good. They were busy and staffing seemed barely adequate so service was a bit slow. Overall experience was fine.

Charbroiled oysters were cold. Main courses were good, but it seems like the sides are just afterthoughts and just thrown on the plate. Steaks were cooked nicely. Ordered wine with entrees that arrived at the table just before we got the check to leave. Obviously, that’s a problem and overall service was meh. The whole experience was just meh. There’s potential here but it needs refinement.

Food is always outstanding!!! Had my step daughter in from England with us and she has dairy allergies. Evergreen was quite understanding and ensured she was choosing g appropriate food. We all had the wagyu beef!!! Tasty as always. The only thing I will do next time is , like my step daughter I would have the cheese removed from the asparagus. Had a bit too much baked cheese on it…still very good but I’d rather do without it. This was our (wife and I) fifth time there and is one of our favorite places.

Service was horrible. Waited 25 minutes after we were seated before anyone came and took our drink order. Ordered both of the steak dishes medium rare. Wagyu was overcooked and the Angus was very chewy. Server never checked on us until we were almost finished. Showed her the wagyu was overcooked and she said “you should have told us”. If no one checks on us, how are we to tell them. Complete waste of money. Do not go here. I’ll never go again.

Great food but the service was an overall mess. Waiters didn’t make eye contact, they served our food to the wrong table… our appetizer came out as our dessert. Won’t be back.
