Everglades Restaurant at Rosen Centre
While the interior design reflects a respect for the native flora & fauna of the Everglades, the menu showcases an array of thick steaks like Grilled Angus Filet, Tenderloin of Buffalo & Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye and fresh seafood dishes that artfully blend Florida traditional flavors with contemporary dishes like Florida Grouper, Florida Rock Shrimp and Thai seafood.

Vegetarian option tasted like a frozen dinner.
Service was beyond slow.
We were at the Rosen for Premiere Orlando and decided to treat ourselves to a fabulous dinner. We were able to do "Magical Dining" at a very reasonable price.
The food was amazing!
The food was delicious and the strawberry lemon tart was great, but the chocolate cake and the fudge needs vanilla ice cream to tone it down. Salmon was phenomenal!!
2nd MD dinning, as I mentioned to my friends what a well prepared meal, I enjoyed on 10/8, so they wanted to try it from the pics I showed. Today 10/16; I arrived early & another fabulous experience, I was the first to arrive, & went out to the pool & what a great surprise, there was live steel pan music, & hailing from the island this was a plus while I wait for my friends.
Again dinner was well prepared, presentation to the table was excellent & as usual chef & all the staff out did themselves, from checking in to table service. Thanks to all to another fabulous dinner & evening. This time I added the crab meat to my steak, let me just say yummy & clean, crab taste was mild & tasty, also again had the gator soup. All the staff was very friendly, as one party member was running late, due to traffic & let the host know & assure me, don’t worry. So I was able to enjoy the steel pan music at Harry’ pool side also offering foods & drinks.
Excellent food and service. Crab cake great, salmon excellent and creme brulee outstanding
Everything was great, the food was amazing. The waiter was awesome and funny. It was worth every Penny.
The food was excellent and our server was very nice. However, this is not a restaurant to select if you are in a hurry. There were a few servers for the entire restaurant, so there was a significant wait time. It wasn't very busy for a Sunday evening and minimal convention activity, so we were a bit disappointed with the attentiveness of the server. I would go back, but leave plenty of time for the Magical Dine 3 courses.
Host was courteous and accommodating. Table seating lacks coziness. Service was delayed.
Our food was amazing and the managers tried to help but our server was just not doing her job. Our dinner out experience normally takes us (party of 6) about 2 hours but this dinner took from 630pm to 930pm and we had to keep looking for our server to get drinks, bottle of wine, plates removed (server never took a plate form our table the bus help did most of the work) and we had to get up from the table, find our server and ask for any service. We had to find her and ask for the check!!! Other tables were also looking and asking for service. Food was wonderful and would of gone back (we are locals) but doubt we would go back just because of awful service.
Excellent menu options. Great food presentation and taste. Best lobster bisque around.
It was a nice experience but dessert was the best part... salad was bland, gator chowder was enjoyable, salmon was bland, dessert was great. Service was great, no complaints at all there - friendly and attentive.
This is the first time I’ve eaten there. I definitely will return. The food was excellent!! Presentation Quality and Quantity was sheer perfection! A great selection. Customer service from the server Beulah to the Manager Ramon was second to none. They couldn’t have been more accommodating.
Did Magical Dining. The salmon was delicious, my wife had the Fillet with the crab meat on top, she couldn’t stop talking about it, she said it was tender and the upgraded sauce had a great flavor. The server was attentive and friendly. We’ve been to a few places for Magical Dining and Everglades is on the first 3! There was no one at Valet but we called the restaurant and they sent Kendrick to assist us. He was also very kind.

We never knew this place existed. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our server was spot on, wish I could remember his name. The food was delicious. We visited during magical dining month. It was well worth it.
The restaurant manager Ramon DeJesus went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our servers Ramon and Victor were both also great. We enjoyed the food, the service and the quiet atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
The Service was Outstanding from the Maître Di to the Bus people. Everything was ABOVE expectations. The Maître Di was Extremely welcoming and seated our Party immediately. The Waiter was OUTSTANDY and Understanding of everyone in our Group.
The food was great, service was excellent and very easy to get to.
Everything was fabulous, the salmon and lobster risotto were unbelievable.
Didn't end up eating. We were seated at 7:40pm, brought water and bread at 8:05pm, still not acknowledged by a server or anyone stating '"We will be right with you", noticed hardly anyone had their food or drinks. Our group decided at 8:20pm after still no one taking our order or coming over to talk to us, to go somewhere else.
The service was extremely slow but the food was great.
This restaurant has the worst service I have ever seen in my life !!! I had a reservation for 6:45 pm to celebrate my husband's birthday. We went inside 5 minutes before 6:45. The employees passed by our table and did not even greet us, much less attend us. After 15 minutes sitting, the one who cleans the tables deigned to serve us water and give us some bread. We waited 15 more minutes and I never went to our table to take the order for a total of 30 minutes seated and the waiters never went to us and it is clear that we were more than 30 minutes waiting and the restaurant was not even half full. Terrible customer service
We went for the Orlando Magical Dining experience. The service was so slow. We had an 8:30 reservation and didn’t leave until almost 10:00. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and other guest who arrived after us received their order before or at the same time. When we did get our food, it was cold. The salmon was warm but the risotto and sauce was cold. My spouse ordered the chicken and it was a very small portion but also cold. The Caesar salad was great and the desserts were delicious. We had the trio and key lime. The service was slow but the waiter and waitress were friendly. They were working the entire restaurant along with 1 or 2 other staff. It would not be my first pick of places to return to, but it’s definitely somewhere to try.
Went to Everglades for a magical dining birthday dinner for my sister and we were extremely happy with the whole experience. Our waiter was incredibly professional and prompt in bringing out the 3 courses. He only forgot one side order which he served after we reminded him, and did not charge us for it.
Steak was tender and delicious especially with crab meat topper, and dessert shots were very artistically done and fun to eat.
We dined at 4 restaurants for magical dining and this one was by far the best in service and uniqueness of the menu!
Service and food were both fantastic. The sea bass was amazing!!!
We did Magical Dining and the restaurant only had about 10 customers. Tried the Gator Chowder and I had the filet which was excellent! The dessert shots were very tasty!
The service and food was excellent. The gator chowder was unique and tasteful.
The Tamarind BBQ Chicken was very tasty and moist.
Service was excellent although the restaurant was not very full, maybe 10% occupied when I was there - on a friday evening when it should be busy. A nice place to eat - too bad more people do not know about it.
A suggestion, the restaurant is a walk away from the front hotel entrance - there should be more signage directing people to the restaurant. When I entered the hotel, was not sure where to go, the front registration desk where I could speak to a person for directions was a walking distance away and in the opposite direction from the restaurant.
We dined last night for magic dining. Started with the gator chowder, the filet for main for me and the salmon for my girlfriend and we shared the dessert shots and strawberry key lime tart. The food was amazing. Our server Victor L was very kind and attentive. I loved the pomegranate Collins, however I wasn’t a fan of the Strawberry Basil Lemonade. Will definitely return for another date night. The gator chowder was delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked, extremely tender and paired well with the demiglaze. The salmon was also perfectly cooked and the lobster risotto was fantastic with quite large chunks of the lobster throughout. The dessert shots were cute in presentation and showed a variety. However the strawberry key lime tart was my favorite. The strawberry mouse on the side was so airy and light and paired nicely with the tartness of the key lime.
We visited for Magical Dining and do not regret it! The filet was amazing and my partner said that it was the best salmon she’d ever had! Go try them out!
Everything was wonderful! Service was great, food was amazing, and the celebration dinner was such an amazing value.
Took advantage of the Orlando Magical Dining specials. We had the Grilled Angus Filet with Crab and the Citrus Crusted Wild Caught Salmon for the main courses with Cesar Salad and Gator Chowder. Strawberry Key Lime Tart and Chocolate Overload. The presentation was fantastic and the quality superb. The service impeccable. One of my favorite restaurants. I love the painted murals featuring sun up to sun down in the Florida Everglades.
Beautiful restaurant with Everglades themed decor.
The service was excellent, as was the food.
We ordered from the Magical Dining menu, available in September.
Perfectly cooked steaks, nice sides and deserts.
The wine list also has many great choices at reasonable prices.
One of our favorite places! Always an excellent meal!
Birthday and family get together w relatives from out of town. Loved our waiter and everything. He made our e vent grewt
Good, but expensive
Wonderful meal and excellent service
Would definitely recommend
My spouses swordfish was dry and over coked. It was substituted with Sea bass, but I had finished my meal. The apology was lukewarm from the server and manager. They offered no accommodations while I completed my meal. I ended up sharing my meal until hers came. At the end of the meal the server offered a less than enthusiastic dessert that was not original or of the Everglades standards. My. Moscow mule taste like ginger ale.I ask for the vodka to be subbed with bourbon and was charged an absorbent up charge. The overall experience was below Rosen standards. There was a lack of concern for the dining experience. As we left the restaurant we were given a thank you, but the manager and chef who were standing at the podium never inquired about our dining experience. I will think long and hard before visiting or bringing client to the Everglades. The Rosen experience was not there.

Great service and delicious food! They also gave us complimentary champagne and chocolate truffles for our anniversary. Tried the crab cake and alligator chowder as an appetizer and both were delicious. Also had the filet with crabmeat on top and it was delectable and the creme brûlée was so smooth and creamy! Definitely recommend!
