Everglades Restaurant at Rosen Centre
While the interior design reflects a respect for the native flora & fauna of the Everglades, the menu showcases an array of thick steaks like Grilled Angus Filet, Tenderloin of Buffalo & Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye and fresh seafood dishes that artfully blend Florida traditional flavors with contemporary dishes like Florida Grouper, Florida Rock Shrimp and Thai seafood.

Decent food but pricey. Expected since an in hotel spot
Dinner was tasty, we felt welcomed and everything was satisfactory
Outdated interior. Prices were much higher than they should be. My $40 ribeye was below expectations and better quality is available at Outback for a 3rd of the price. Overall 2 star experience.
A little too noisy for our taste. Food was great and service was good. Overall, nice experience!
Ordered the snapper. They brought out grouper. Restaurant would not fess up that they served wrong fish. Instead they insisted that they served me snapper, but that they would take back and prepare me the "other type" of snapper they have. Second dish was snapper.
Restaurant should've simply owned up to their mistake, apologize, and served the right meal. Instead, they lied multiple times. Not what I expect or would accept from the caliber restaurant they claim to be.
Excellent filet mignon
Very good service and quality of food
Wait staff interrupted us a few times, menu options limited. If not in a hotel, this restaurant would not last.
The steaks were very well cooked, being exactly what we wanted. Except for one which was presented the wrong way round well done and med rare mistakenly presented.
Other than that we all had a great evening, with good food and good wine.
We have eaten here every year during this meeting for the last few years. This year was awful. In fact, we cancelled another reservation we'd had there. The waiter, whom we'd had in the past, seemed rushed, inattentive and not helpful when asked for an opinion, and only interested in drink orders. The food was not good. The vegetarian dish was flavorless and the salmon was overpriced. This is not what we had experienced in the past, but at this price, we were not going back.
Nice room, good service in a big bustling hotel. Food expensive and just OK. Fish dish very interesting and tasty, but fish overcooked & served lukewarm. Vegetarian dish was OK, just lacking many.....vegetables! For entrees in the mid $30s, the food should be exemplary. This was just typical overpriced hotel food.
It was our first visit at the Everglades restaurant, and the experience was fantastic. Outstanding service, detail and delicious menu.
The fish was not very fresh and overcooked. The Surf & Turf @ $65 is over-priced !
Very good food, service was good, Bar was slow .
The moment I entered from every employee ,the waitress and managers even the chef came out to greet us was Phenomenal. I would definitely come back! This was a lovely experience. Thank you kindly!
Needed some sort of background music playing.
Great food. All agreed the steaks were as good as it gets. Service was slow but friendly. Would go back because the quality of beef and creative menu.
Had a very nice - friendly waitress that really made the meal .
Disappointing at best; a poor excuse for a steakhouse. The quality of food and service were very poor. The server took over thirty minutes to approach our table and then misinformed us on the specials and how the menu items were prepared. The total dining experience took 2.5 hours for just appetizers and entrees, and there were only four people at the table. The filets were served almost cold. It’s overpriced and underwhelming. There are too many good restaurants in the area to waste time and money here, go somewhere else on International Drive and have a better experience.
This was our second visit in 3 days. Their scallops are out of this world and the Caesar salad the best I’ve ever eaten. Hope to return someday.
We had a wonderful time as we celebrated our cousins 35th Wedding Anniversary, food and service were exceptional. Chef Fred came to the table and Antonette provided wonderful service.I would highly recommend the Everglades restaurant.
Loved their scallops and steaks. Returning once more before vacation ends. You
Anotanette was a wonderful server and the food was delicious!
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Friday night using the Magical Dining menu. Morgan, our server, was excellent in meeting all our needs in a very friendly professional way. Our dinner, we both had the Grilled Angus Filet with a beautiful assortment of different vegetables, was superb. All in all, a great dining experience.
Beautiful display of food...almost too pretty to eat...everything delicious!
Wow! My wife and I celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary and the service was over the top. The wait staff was on top of our every need. The restaurant was immaculate and the setting at the table was elegant. The food was the perfect temperature and the taste was incredible. You made our night very special!!!
Return again for a very good meal, excellent service for a fair value.
We had a fabulous meal and great service, we actually got to speak to the Chef. His name was Fred, delightful guy and extremely talented
Friendly, professional staff welcomed us to the restaurant. The magical dining menu was wonderful, fresh ingredients and tasted so good. Staff remained attentive and friendly during our visit. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed the ambience lingering over coffee.
We had a group of 7 service was excellent and food was great. We ordered off the magical dining menu and had 3 of the entrees which were all fantastic.
Steak was over cooked. Someone came around ask how the meal. I explained the steak was over well
Dryed out .
We had a party of 10 and the food was mostly prepared as ordered, except for a few entrees. According to the diners, one grouper dish was overdone and a bit dry, one filet ordered rare came out medium rare, and the pork chop ordered well done came out medium rare - quite pink in the center. Other than that, service was a bit slower than anticipated but we were in no rush and so, enjoyed the conversation. The champagne toast and the special dessert they provided were nice unexpected touches.
I highly recommend Everglades for any occasion.
My girlfriend and I went here to enjoy a good meal out on the magical dining menu. The food was phenomenal. The plated dessert I had was amazing it had 4 different sauces that paired with the key lime pie to a tee. The only complaint I have was that it seemed like the ambiance was very cheesy. It reminded me a mix of tropical rainforest cafe and fine dining. Not what I was expecting but as stated before the meal and the service was awesome. Really good for kids
Beautiful hotel, and food was excellent. The service not only at the Everglades but with in all the food service was less then delightful. Most of the employees seem to be just going thru the motions and have no real care for the guests. Servers lack enthusiasm and Give the impression that they are not very happy.
A gem down on I Drive. Easy to overlook if you are local but the food is outstanding. Nice atmosphere and appropriately priced.
We enjoyed being here for our family gathering. Expensive but very nice.
Participated in Magical Dining. Service was great but food was mediocre.
Service was excellent, food entrees were small portions.
Waitress was wonderful, food was fresh , delicious and beautiful!
