Join us at Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, where coastal Florida cuisine meets Eastern Mediterranean flavor. Enjoy elevated Atlantic views and fresh ocean breezes in an atmosphere of sophisticated fun. The name honors Fort Lauderdale luminary Evelyn Fortune Bartlett for the beauty she bestowed upon our city.

A native of Long Island, New York, Chef Brandon Salomon fell in love with cooking at a young age. After training at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, he worked at acclaimed restaurants and hotels in New York, Florida and San Francisco. In 2015, he joined Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where he played a major role at the signature restaurant, Florie’s, helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Now in Fort Lauderdale, Chef Brandon is bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean to Evelyn’s.

The restaurant Is beautiful with perfect ocean views through large glass doors that open to patio , Service was amazing , and the food was superb from appetizer to dessert! We will be coming back for our next special occasion 💕

This was our first time visiting Evelyn's but it won't be our last! We vacation in Ft. Lauderdale every year and are always on the hunt for safe dining spots since myself and my daughter have celiac disease. Christian was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He explained in detail the precautions the chef took to ensure no cross contact would occur. They can modify most of the menu to be gluten free and even have a dedicated fryer for fries and chips!! The food was so good we ate here twice! This will be a must for us each year from now on.

Every dish tasted like the others, and our swordfish skewers were overcooked and dry. Service was excellent and wine was great, bummer that the food was not on par with those.

We had a transformational experience at Evelyn’s. Everything was superb, from our waitstaff, Daniel and Freddy, to the tasting menu cuisine, to the charming ambiance. Every course was a revelation. Especially nice were the additional delicious surprises, like the amuse bouche, squash blossoms, pickled vegetables and fruits, and fish and wagyu beef,everything locally sourced and perfectly prepared. One of the chefs came to our table a few times to explain the food and provide history and information and answer any questions. The meal was also well paced, which is so unusual these days unfortunately. We would heartily recommend Evelyn’s to anyone wanting a fine dining experience with old fashioned personal service in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

First time and definetly not impressed. Had a $40 lobster roll that was an embarrassment as a toasted piece of bread with a small portion of lobster filling. Salmon for my wife was nothing to compelled a return visit.

A special occasion brunch for twice the price as their normal brunch however included nothing special was an utter waist of time. I expected a luxury experience at the Four Seasons but was met with a subpar experience that left more than a bad taste in my mouth. The stone crabs must have been previously frozen because the meat was beyond tough and chewy. There was barely any variety on the buffet. So many other places that offer a better experience and better quality food. You’re better off spending more at the Seminole Hard Rock, Ritz Carlton or the Setai. Hell, Trulucks would have offered a better experience. It was an underwhelming and overpriced disappointment. I will not be returning. Should have gone to Blue Moon. Never again!
