   The food and decor was amazing, this is most. definitely a go to restaurant to enjoy a delicious cocktail or a reserve wine suggested by their som, or one of their amazing dishes across their detailed menu

   My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the servers were incredibly attentive. The decor and ambience is absolutely beautiful! If I had to pick one thing that wasn't absolutely perfect I would say that the noise level in the dining room was a little high… Not like some of the other steakhouses in Dallas, but when you consider that there is a bar and a disco room just across the restaurant that makes sense! It would not keep me from returning! The food was incredible!! if I was younger, I might have joined them in the disco :)

   This new and elegant restaurant is the perfect vibe! It is classy, bold and prestigious however is a welcoming atmosphere that allowed my friends and I to have a good time, laugh, and be ourselves. Not only is the ambience amazing but the service is stellar! Our waiter was Jerry I believe and he was extremely attentive and create a wonderful atmosphere, they presented the food beautifully, and overall I would recommend going here! :)

   Took us 30 minutes to be able to order a bottle of wine. Our waitress was late to work and held us up at the valet. Unprofessional experience.

   Everyone buying into the hype of this place. If you want drinks and appetizers, with a cool vibe, probably not a bad choice. Beyond that it was TERRIBLE. Service at our table was ridiculously bad. Order, come back and question order, then deliver it wrong. Sometimes had to continuously reorder drinks before ever getting them. Then I get an espresso martini in a highball glass, ask and am told that’s how they do it. Oh, funny, the table across from us has them in martini glasses. Of course this is as after I was brought an espresso. And yes, we had to order and remind before being brought wrong drink. As for dinner, I’ve had a better ribeye at Outback. Dry, no flavor, no rib cap. “Truffle” fries had zero truffle flavoring. To cap it off I had to ask for a manager just to get check because we had been waiting for almost 30 minutes to pay. Stick to the places you know are good. Bobs for me 10 out of 10 times over this joke of a restaurant. Evelyn just hiding mediocrity behind the ambiance and fancy fixtures.

   My boyfriend and I went for dinner for our second anniversary as noted on my reservation. However neither the hostess or server recognized this or asked if we were celebrating anything. Although the experience was not catered to our celebratory night, the hospitality from the staff was wonderful. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and was able to provide good recommendations. We had the Australian lamb chops and the Texas Wagyu, they were able to perfectly accommodate to our temperature request of medium rare with a hard sear.

    We recently celebrated our anniversary at the Evelyn and overall, it was a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was cozy and upscale, which made it feel special for the occasion. Service was friendly, though there were a few moments where it felt like we were waiting a bit longer than expected. Nothing that ruined the night, but it was noticeable. Enjoyed every bite, especially the wagyu strip and the mac and cheese! Our server also gave us a tour of the whole restaurant which was a super nice touch to the evening!
