Eve DTLA, helmed by Executive Chef Karo Patpatyan, presents a California take on the traditional European-style cuisine. Eve’s menu puts forth flavorful dishes with influences from Modern California cuisine, such as Duck Confit, Crab Deviled Eggs and Braised Beef Cheeks. Complementing the contemporary fare is curated artwork by The Mayfair’s Artist-in-Residence Kelly “RISK” Graval, including a bold black and gold letter-form mural on one of the main walls by Alex Kizu (also known as Defer), and the restaurant’s eye-catching hand-painted ceiling painted by the artist Cryptik.
