The Steak & Eggs were great, and our waitress Angel was very attentive.
We came here for Sunday brunch around 11 and it wasn't packed at all! My bf and I shared the cauliflower bites and it was so good! I got the fried chicken and cornbread which I highly recommend. Definitely a good brunch spot. Parking was very easy, I parked on the street across from the restaurant.
Even though I made a reservation for my birthday, we waited over 45 minutes to be seated. The hostess was rude when I asked when we could get a table given we had a reservation. Took us over 3 hours to dine after the almost hour long wait to be seated because wait staff was so slow. Brought us the wrong drinks several times. After we just decided to ask for our checks the waitress had to go around to each person and asked us again what we ate because she didn't write it down when she took our order for the check. Really awful experience. Food was okay.
The environment was casual. The food was excellent! Q was our server and he was great! Definitely recommend for a date with your hubby or night out with the girls!
Celebrated Valentines Day with my husband and Daughter. It was her 19th birthday. She is vegetarian and was very pleased with the menu. My husband is an absolute carnivore and was also very pleased with the menu.
Food was ok. The mimosa flight was great. They had a dj that was extremely loud and seemed out of place. Luckily we showed up towards the end of his session. The house music was better and not as loud/obnoxious.
The customer service at this restaurant was great! From the hostess to the bartenders to the table side waitress. Food was phenomenal and drinks were great! Definitely a great place to take a date too as it doesn't get too loud in the restaurant where you can hear each other during a conversation.
Everything was great. Making a reservation for Friday
We had such an enjoyable experience! The food, service and ambiance were excellent! We split the chili as a starter which was really good! Then we each got a different burger and shared. We got the Fresno Fig and goat cheese burger and the Cowboy burger. Both were delicious! The Cowboy burger was a good hearty staple. The fig burger was special! It was the best burger I’ve had in Dallas or anywhere!! It’s why I’m taking the time to write this review! You will not be disappointed. Get it as it comes... no changes... it’s perfect. Then we were very pleasantly surprised that a small two person band began playing. The blonde craft beer with fruit was delicious and my husband was super happy with the Ambassador Pilsner local craft beer. An overall great night and great find! Highly recommend!!
This is my go -to neighborhood restaurant. It is rarely overcrowded and their food does not disappoint! There is usually something for everyone and I love that they have new items to try on a regular basis.
Out of Fish and Chips on a Saturday at 7pm, deviled eggs tasted horrible, wife's burger was overcooked beyond well done. You guys were also out of 2 of the drinks we ordered off the menu, place was empty. Just overall not a good experience. No management in the restaurant checking in on anything.
Excellent service and food was outstanding as always!
Awesome Brussels sprouts
The restaurant was cute & fun. The food was nothing special, but ok. The service was very slow and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Glad we went, but we won't go back. It is in a great part of town!
The food was incredible, especially the cheesy truffle fries! The service was also awesome. Went at around noon on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. Great spot!
We went for lunch on a Thursday. The place is beautiful and has a peaceful yet dynamic vibe. I know that sounds contradictory, so let me explain. The servers seemed to have a happy rhythm, and were very aware of our needs without being anxious. Aris was our server and she was so pleasant and met our needs and questions in a nice friendly way. The other servers were also humming along peacefully. The food was made with care and was good quality. The kitchen met our dietary preferences very kindly!
One thing I really appreciated was that there was music playing, but my friend and I had no trouble hearing each other without straining at all. It’s rare to be in a restaurant in Dallas where I can speak and listen effortlessly and enjoy my company! I loved it. We will be back many more times. Also want to check out the HAPPY HOUR. They have LOTS of great selections!
Excellent as alway
Good food and great service. The menu is different and has options.
AC wasn’t working and it was very hot. Should of walked out. Service and food was great. It was uncomfortably hot and we were sat right by the door where the heat came in. Ugh!!
Amazing food and service.
If it wasn't for the lack of air conditioning inside on an almost 100 degree day, the review would have been 5s across the board.
Great Service and Great food! Will definitely be back.
Awesome apps, drinks, burgers, and dessert!!! :-) heading back tonight for round two.
Mother's Day brunch
The service was slow and had to wait for server to order food. After eating our brunch, We wanted to order desserts but becoz of the wait we just asked for our cheque and we left. Good food and ambiance but poor service.
Great service, great burgers and great drinks. We will definitely go back!
Drink selection was great. And waitstaff was knowledgeable of whiskeys. Food was ok. Service was really good.
Best thing about dinner were the truffle fries. Other meals weren’t great. Service wasn’t great, server seemed stressed and not very friendly.
Probably won’t return
Cool place but my steak was well done when I wanted medium..waitress was awesome though
Great food, however we found a tiny bug in our lettuce towards the end of the meal. Not a huge deal, but would have expected a manager to come address it, and they did not.
Great place. Wonderful service, loved our waiter. The food was excellent. We tried the Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower bites, mushroom toast, and osso bucco riblets. Kinda price wine by the glass. But an amazing selection of craft beers! Will totally be back.
Too loud!!!! Yummy food though.
Great place, beautiful low lighting, good food, good service and bar. It never seems too crowded either.
They have a DJ at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday? No thank you. Food was great. Service was awesome. Couldn't talk to each other. Ugh.
Valentine’s Day dinner. Had a great time but portions are small for the price.
So glad to find Eureka! I'm a foodie and this place did not disappoint. Atmosphere and service were top notch!
Great Farm to Table place to eat. The service is amazing.
This was our first time to this restaurant. We LOVED our food and the great variety on the menu. The location is good. Service...everything was great -- EXCEPT the noise! A DJ during brunch...really? It was so completely loud! Finally, about halfway through our meal, our throats were stretched from trying to converse. I asked the manager if he could turn down the volume, and he readily complied. I did notice a difference so thank you so much, Eureka, for doing that. But it was still annoying to have that going on during "girlfriend" talk. I'm hesitant to return simply because of the noise issue, but we enjoyed our food so much. I'm conflicted!
I am thrilled I found this place. I am always on the look out for restaurants that stay open late - if I go to a concert or a play, I prefer to eat after. So I stumbled upon this place on Open Table looking for a bite to eat after a play, and it was outstanding.
Late night Happy Hour is always a treat - reduced price appetizer and $2 off craft beers after 9:00 PM. But even better was the quality of the food. I had deviled eggs as an appetizer, and they were excellent. Burger and fries - and to my surprise, the fries were hot, crisp and very tasty. So may places, the fries are an after thought. Not here. The burger was cooked perfectly, topped with an egg and jalapenos. Very good.
I will certainly visit again.
