This was a terrible experience in regard to service. My husband has a milk allergy so we requested his meal with no sauce and no cheese. It took one hour to receive our meal. When it arrived, my husbands chicken was stuffed with cheese. They said they would remake it. After waiting another hour, everyone was done with their meal and my husbands meal still did not arrive. We said to forget it and just pay for the other meals. First, they refused. After 15 minute of back and forth, they offered 50 percent off the chicken that still has not arrived at the table. After another 15 minutes, they agreed to take the chicken that never arrived to the table off the check. Worst dining experience ever. I have never posted a review until this experience.

The food was good to great... but I'm a middle-aged man, so it was too much food for me (I ordered the fried red snapper with shrimp and octopus). The service was nothing to write home about, but to be fair, I think they were having a tough time with all the people in the restaurant. When we got there, there was one waitress and the bartender helping customers, both of whom seemed overwhelmed. The bartender was in the middle of taking (or at least trying to) our order when a second waitress came in (literally came in the front door, put her pocket book at check-in desk) to finish the job. The waitress definitely seemed to have a better handle on things, and the whole place ran a little smoother. I'll give them the benefit and say our service experience was just growing pains. All that said, I still think the food was worth it. The good news is my wife agreed or I wouldn't have heard the last of it since I picked the restaurant.

Comida riquisima, servicio lento con las bebidas. Hubo mucha habladuría alta entre empleados. Precio muy alto en comparación con otros restaurantes con mejor vista, ambiente y espacio.
