Chef Raymond & D’Arcy Arpke followed their passion for fine food and purchased Euphemia Haye, a tiny 28-seat restaurant on Longboat Key, in 1980. In the forty years since, they have expanded the restaurant, added the Haye Loft, and built a family of staff. Most impressively, their care for our guests and the dining experience has never waned. We invite you to come dine with us and “let go.” Enjoy a glass of wine and feast on our award-winning global and American food while you look out onto our beautiful tropical grounds.

Fantastic experience. Visited twice over weekend it was so good. Highlights include the Pepper Steak and Beef Madagascar. Caesar salad along with the Bruschetta Avocado is an excellent combo. Tuan Sashimi is also excellent appetizer. Service is very good and attentive. Deserts on second floor are outstanding. Will be back on future trips to Longboat Key!

Food was very good, but our service was slow. Issues with credit card machine was causing difficulties.

A great local spot with fine dining, dessert room and bar all in one place. We had the Veal du jour and Euphemia Hayes Duck. Ordered an off menu cocktail which was great. Clark our waiter was on the the spot.
