Chef Raymond & D’Arcy Arpke followed their passion for fine food and purchased Euphemia Haye, a tiny 28-seat restaurant on Longboat Key, in 1980. In the forty years since, they have expanded the restaurant, added the Haye Loft, and built a family of staff. Most impressively, their care for our guests and the dining experience has never waned. We invite you to come dine with us and “let go.” Enjoy a glass of wine and feast on our award-winning global and American food while you look out onto our beautiful tropical grounds.

    We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this charming restaurant. We loved the atmosphere as well as outstanding service and good food. After dinner we went upstairs for dessert. The selections were overwhelming, but we settled on a piece of key lime pie, best I have had, bar none. All desserts are made in house.

    Pepper Steak is as good as ever! All 4 of us had delicious food. Service was excellent. Only negative was they didn’t have chocolate mouse for dessert. However, the Hummingbird cake was very good. Highly recommend Euphemia Haye!

    Euphemia Haye is one of the best in the region. The food, staff, ambience, everything is perfect! We’ve been going for decades and they better stay open for our kids kids lol
