Chef Raymond & D’Arcy Arpke followed their passion for fine food and purchased Euphemia Haye, a tiny 28-seat restaurant on Longboat Key, in 1980. In the forty years since, they have expanded the restaurant, added the Haye Loft, and built a family of staff. Most impressively, their care for our guests and the dining experience has never waned. We invite you to come dine with us and “let go.” Enjoy a glass of wine and feast on our award-winning global and American food while you look out onto our beautiful tropical grounds.

    My favorite restaurant. Great food & ambiance. Staff super nice & welcoming. Love the Pad Haye & avocado toast!. Delicious veal & fish specials.

    The computer broke and we had to wait 30 min to settle the bill, fortunately we had enough cash. no back up system. very annoying

    A terrific dinner and overall experience! Started upstairs at the bar for a terrific espresso martini by the bartender Jhon. He is a true professional. He recommended that we have dinner in the flambé room, which was a great recommendation.  We first ordered escargot, which was perfect. Then their house-special Caesar salad, which was fantastic. I ordered another house-specialty, the pepper steak and that was cooked to perfection.👌🏽They also make a fantastic old-fashioned. 🥃 This was my first time at Euphemia Haye and it was absolutely worth it. Sorry I waited so long, but I will absolutely be back soon.

    So happy this restaurant reopened. Everything was delicious and graciously served. Was nice to go upstairs for dessert afterwards.

    Fantastic experience. Visited twice over weekend it was so good. Highlights include the Pepper Steak and Beef Madagascar. Caesar salad along with the Bruschetta Avocado is an excellent combo. Tuan Sashimi is also excellent appetizer. Service is very good and attentive. Deserts on second floor are outstanding. Will be back on future trips to Longboat Key!
