    I’ve never walked out of a restaurant in my life—until this experience. We arrived at 10:05 for a 10:00 reservation and were seated promptly, though it was a bit surprising to be placed at a table near the kitchen while several nicer booths sat empty. Still, no big deal—we were just excited for a good night. Our server greeted us briefly, said she’d be right back, and then… disappeared. We watched her attend to other tables, make eye contact with us multiple times, but never return. In the meantime, the DJ was scrolling on his phone, bussers and food runners were chatting idly, and no one else stepped in. It quickly became clear we’d been forgotten. We waited patiently for 25 minutes before deciding to leave. There was no host at the stand to speak with, but we did let a passing bartender know what had happened—he was the only one who seemed to genuinely care. It’s unfortunate because we were looking forward to the evening, but the lack of basic service made it impossible to stay. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it was a disappointing first and last impression.

    Went to Etta for a date night and it was a great experience as always. Our server, Ashley, was so amazing and we’re really grateful for her expertise of the menu. Can’t wait to come back!

    Service was kind of slow but the Dj and vibes were very good! It was also a birthday but they never acknowledged that.

    Service was subpar and extremely slow for a Thursday evening. Jade didn’t ask our party of 6 girls are we celebrating anything tonight? Or what brings you in tonight? Barely saw her so that’s understandable she’s busy. Steak was cold when served and heavily salted asparagus was bomb!! Bread came cold too but they did make a side of honey request happen. Crab legs are the best thing I’ve ever eaten delicious Chop salad excellent. Sea Bass delicious heavy on the herbs. Manager never stopped by to greet us so no one knew of our experience. Even walking out the hostess stand was empty. I’ve experienced better service and food elsewhere so this might very well be my last visit .

    Fabulous as always BUT my complaint is the lighting. It is way too dark and the DJ at such a quality restaurant seems out of place. Stick with one vibe and perfect it. Stop chasing too many ideas and settle on proving amazing food in a beautiful setting.

    Food is fantastic! Great DJ vibe with Rufus . Pizza, pasta are must but the Branzino was fire. Great service and Brunch breakfast pizza was a hit for the table

    Essentially a steakhouse menu, but way overpriced in my opinion. Do not plan on dining there again. Had their 8oz wagu flat iron steak ($60) and was unimpressed. Our table for 2 was elbow distance from the table next to us. It was so close that I thought we were dining with the table of two next to us and could hear every word of their conversation.

    Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend The service was extremely poor. It took forever just to get water, and our server didn’t take our order until about 30 minutes after we were seated. When we asked for recommendations, there was no enthusiasm or interest—just a flat, uninterested response. He only checked on us twice the entire meal: once to ask if we needed another drink and once to ask how the food was. The appetizer came out, and then it was another 30 minutes before our main order was even taken. For the price, the food was just average—not worth it at all. It’s clear the restaurant prioritizes celebrities and Diamondbacks players over regular guests. And no, I don’t want to hear the usual excuse about being short-staffed—they clearly were not. The place looks great, but sadly, that’s where the positives end.

    As expected, pretty pricey for the menu selection. I went during brunch, and wish they had a better selection of brunch like items. I understand they don’t want to be traditional, but I feel like it was still pretty limiting with what you I could select. I was hungry and I felt like I didn’t have enough items to choose from and overall I ended up with a salad which was a good size, well presented ,prepared and very tasty. I’ll give it another chance I’m sure.
