   It was a beautiful view! Music was good and the food wasn’t bad the chicken was a little dry could definitely could improve on it spent $130 it was somewhat worth it

   Very well done. Wonderful food and service. The atmosphere was amazing. Can be a little loud due to the wind and overhead traffic (helicopters, planes, etc). Our waitress was top notch as well.

   Everything was terrific from beginning to end. The Maitre d cud Jed us in - offered to take a picture of us by their pool. The waitress made great recommendations on the menu and the food came out cooked to all the right temperatures . The views were awesome.

   I took my partner here for their birthday and they loved it! It was as super easy to get a reservation, as well as change it to an earlier time so we could catch the sunset. It was beautiful! From beginning to end all the staff were great- our server, Sebastian, was great! He was quick if we needed something but not rushed. We had drinks, apps, and dinner in a super timely manner. All of the food was AMAZING! The avo ceviche was good, mushroom risotto was super flavorful and delicious as well the streak. Def good!! The drink ware was plastic- would have been nice to have glass but not a big deal-just a heads a up:) This is for the people that don’t like heights: it’s not a very big rooftop, feels high up there, and although I don’t typically have a fear of heights for reason it was hard for me to be up there. Just keeping it real and want folks to think about this if it’s an issue for you.

    Me and my husband decided to check out this wonderful establishment. We researched about it and was very interested but in person, this place was so much better. We went for brunch and both ordered the chicken & waffles, however we substituted our waffle for a red velvet waffle. The scenery was beautiful and the staff were friendly & knowledgeable. A definite must when visiting Puerto Rico.

    Great location, view and vibe. Enjoyed the drinks, but service was mediocre and the food was meh. Plenty of better spots around to eat. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

    Diana our server was a star. Food and beverages were top notch. Slightly overpriced but still reasonable. Elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs up eight floors so that was not a great start of the evening. We celebrated one of the attendees birthdays and it was perfect.

    It was beautiful. Reasonably priced for the atmosphere but the waitress tried be slick and add an additional $114 for a tip as if we all didn’t know how to count. The gratuity was already included because I had a group of 6, any additional would’ve been our choice. Besides that enjoyed myself. Oh yea the elevator literally does not hold over 4ppl so please listen to the sign.

    Overall had a great dinner experience. The only reason for 4 stars was that my husbands meal was just kind of bland. He ordered the lobster risotto. It was fine but just lacked salt (none on table, we could’ve asked for salt but didn’t) or really any burst of flavor in the risotto. The lobster was good in the dish. That being said, one of the bartenders served us and he had great recommendations, and was helpful in helping me order with some dietary preferences (low sugar and low dairy). He made a special drink for me that was delicious, and my husband ordered a drink that had glitter in the description that he said was one of the best drinks he’d ever had. We ordered some tacos, empanadas, and the octopus for apps, and my main course, which was wonderful, was the fried plantains stuffed with mahi mahi (cannot remember the name of dish). Cute atmosphere, loud to the point it was lively but not obnoxious.

    Horrible service! Took 10 min for a waiter to acknowledge us. Took 45 min for appetizer to come out. Pretty certain he forgot to put the order in because several tables that were seated after us were already eating their entrees at this time! When the appetizer arrived, he forgot to bring us silverware. Said he’d be “right back with plates and silverware”. He went to the bar and chatted with some people. 5+ min later, we went to the bar and got our own. Waiter never checked back on us or came for our entree order. We wound up asking another (much more attentive) waiter to get our check for us so we could leave. Went back to the hotel and had a wonderful wood-fired flatbread pizza with excellent, prompt service! Ambiance at this restaurant is very cool. Probably just got a terrible server because others seemed to be enjoying themselves. I wouldn’t go back. If you do go, don’t go with high service expectations.

    Disappointed is an understatement when it comes to my Birthday dinner at Eter. I had great expectations from reading other reviews, but once seated for 15 min before being acknowledged by a server should have been my 1st clue. Then problems with the party behind us with their food should have been the 2nd, but I thought they are just busy. Then our server, Jasmine came by and was super nice took our drink and appetizer order. Drinks took a little while, but not too long. Then came appetizers...the Filet Taquitos were AMAZING, cheese/shrimp dip not so much. But we finished and were waiting for our main course for 30 min, then our waitress comes over to offer us another appetizer because something happened to our order and it was going to be another few minutes. So our other Filet Taquitos come out, we finish as well as another round of drinks. FINALLY....2 hours after being seated our food comes out. Only to find out the Ribeye and Filet Mignon were mixed up on how they were to be cooked (One well and the other med rare). My Lobster risotto was good, but my friends and husbands food was NOT how they ordered it. So after getting things taken off the bill and being there for over 2 hours already, I didn't even get a Birthday desert, I just got an "I'm sorry, but hope you have a good birthday". So please save yourself the trip, just go up and take a picture of the view and make reservations somewhere else.

    Rooftop location. This place has typical extreme brunch party vibes. Not the place to go to if your looking for a overall nice dinner due to low quality food. My girlfriend and I started off with the steak tacos, seltzer water with lemon, and two drinks. The seltzer was supposed to be Perrier water but it was def seltzer water from a bar gun. The drinks were great and that was about the only highlight this place has. The steak tacos came out and the food was extremely cold! We sent the dish back and then received another that was just warm. But at this point how many time are we supposed to send it back before we can eat it. For entrees we ordered Lobster risotto and the churrasco with mashed potatoes. Both meals were cold, the only warm spot was the center of the pile for the risotto. The churrasco was cooked as ordered but it came out warm and extremely salty. The mashed potatoes came out cold as well. The service was overall good, the waiter was attentive and friendly but that doesn’t compensate for any chances this place has because the service is completely diminished by the food quality. This is a typical young crowd brunch spot. Let’s fill you with drinks and the food quality isn’t important at that point!

    My best dining experience in San Juan. Perfect service, wonderful food (I highly recommend the Ceviche on Half Avocado and the Lobster Tail on Risoto. Delicious! And the watermelon juice Mocktail is the best) Rooftop dining for a reasonable price with very large portions. Perfect for this African-American Vermonter. Denise Bailey, Esq.

    Awesome setting with great views of the city. Great place for a cocktail. The food was served cold. Food lacked taste. The filet was chewy which is hard to do. The waitress did not seem to care. The views are great but not with it for dinner.

    The elevator was broken. We had to walk up 10 flights of stairs. The food was overpriced for the value, but it was good. Our server, Frances, was nice. However, it was my birthday and my party had to pay for the cake they brought out and $5 for the candle.

    6pm reservation is good for sunset watching. Octopus was chewy but ok. Taquitos de filet mignion were good. Seafood pasta was good but $$$$. Drinks and mockdrinks were excellent. Overall a good experience.

    Our original reservation was cancelled; however, we were able to find a make shift seating by the bar area. Our service wasn’t as personalized like the other patrons. Apart from the rain and having to relocate to level SP, The view at night time was spectacular and our meals were delicious. Note: there is only one bathroom upstairs and it’s unisex; however, there are two bathrooms on SP level for women and one for men. it also appears that the elevator breaks down a lot because some people were stuck in the elevator and management didn’t seem to be “too worried” about getting them out. We ended up having to take several steps back downstairs- so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. 6/10

    Desde que llegamos eso parecia VIP. Te reciben abajo en el lobby y te dirigen hacia arriba. El mesero miy atento y todo muy bien para pasar un rato romantico mirando desde alla a San Juan
