just as 1st meal arrived it started to rain. No problem they moved us to another seat where it was pouring hard. We had to carry our own dish and drinks in the elevator to the second floor. Which point we were not given silverware. We were not given plates. We were not given water. We asked the bartender he told us in a minute finally, somebody else came over and gave the three of us 2 cups of water and one set of silverware to share. Our food was cold and rained on. when next meal arrived still no server no silverware no side plates we had to hunt somebody down to pay. Nothing was taken off of her bill. even though our drinks were left upstairs on the table in the pouring rain. Our meal was over $170 and we didn’t even get to enjoy any of it. Worst experience ever I paid for food and drinks we did not get to eat.

Eter Rooftop was spectacular—the awesome view was matched with superb cuisine and exceptional service! Leonardo rocks! His menu recommendations were impeccable and his kindness and attentiveness were magnificent! One of my best dining experiences ever ❤️

Come test new heights at this rooftop restaurant where the service is as great as the food. Enter the apartment front door and tell the concierge you are going to the restaurant, where they will tell you to press PH for Penthouse. Ambiance is great for you and your friends, partner or family. Not recommended for little children due to height and area.
