Valet guy had the best service. From the guy at the desk downstairs was rude. Host was nice. Food was nasty not to my liking for the cost. I ordered my steak medium well they burned the steak to the point that I couldn't eat it. The sides were cold after long wait I expected hot food. The rice was crunchy and very salty. Waiter offered after another side but I was over it once the steak was not edible. Drinks were the only thing good. Waiter started rushing for payment as we were eating. Restaurant is hyped up by tiktok. They can't accommodate the business tiktok id bringing them. The view is not 360 of San Juan. Get better service.

Experience was good , they did not have the appetizer we ordered nor the entrée i ordered, also dessert was not available but our server was great , very helpful he also gave us free shots which we really appreciated . Overall Restaurant had good vibes .

The food was not excellent. We had the Surf & Turf and the steak was over cooked, drinks were ok, sampler cheese dip was very good. Service very attentive.
