   The view was amazing. Small quaint rooftop. Started with drinks order. Order 3 mimosas and a pineapple breeze. Then we inquired about a possible bottomless mimosa option. This was not an option but there was a bottle you could purchase for $45. We decided that was a better deal for the money and allowed an extra drink for everyone. Our server was Jose Orlando. I caught him before the drinks were even made and stated that we wanted to change our drink order to the bottle. He informed me that he had already entered into the system and that he couldn’t change the order. We asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager. So then he came up with a solution that the individual mimosas were at $38 and we needed $9 more to equal the price of the bottle. Problem solved. I ordered the fried ceviche and beans and rice. Good flavor. I my friends asked if they could substitute the chicken and waffle for French toast and waffles. And the server said yes. French toast was done and when we received the bill we were charged for a chicken meal and French toast. So it wasn’t substituted it was an additional cost which the server should have explained when the questions were asked. Instead of understanding the customer complaint he said I gave you what you asked for. The issue was that he made the decision that were ok with the up charge without giving us all the information to let us make the decision if we want to still get the waffle or pay more for the French toast. He did take off one French that wasn’t done or eaten. What started as a birthday brunch ended up as dissatisfaction.

   Ridiculous wait times. Everything is charged and not mentioned that it will be an extra charge. Drinks were upgraded without our knowledge. Manager and waiter did nothing about it

   Did not eat the food , the drinks were good . I rated this low because the it was just a white room with basic table and chairs with a stage light , not worth it.

   Overall good experience. The food was excellent unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t experience the rooftop but the food and the service are exceptional!!!!

   Mandel had great customer service. The food was good and they can go ambiance was very nice. Perfect weather for a perfect evening.

   I was so excited to return to Eter after my last visit in 2019. This time I visited with my 72 year old mother. After 10 minutes of being seated, we began fighting bees… and not just one at a time. They were landing on my cup, napkin, table, etc. We expressed our concern several times before my mom was eventually stung. We requested our food to be wrapped to go. Our server did not show any concern, there was no desire to make it right. We were even charged full price for water we were unable to drink. The server pressed about the tip before I could pay for the meal. I am deeply disappointed in this service.

   Overall very good restaurant. Portions are small for the price but the staff were very sweet and helpful!!

   Our server José Orlando made our experience great, he was very attentive and helpful. The view was beautiful. My food was a bit salty but the drinks were good.

    Outstanding cuisine. Self proclaimed foodie and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Fabulous!
