   The view was everything, the music was top tier. Our server was amazing and sweet! I was a little disappointed about the food, the food had a lot of potential, but I feel that it could have been a little better , half of the food was cold. The steaks did come out a little over cooked as well. Overall the experience was nice for my groups first time at Eter, maybe I will have to try a different dish next time.

   The view and ambience are nice but the wait for the food was too long. I believe they were backed up. The service and our waitress was great. My pasta could’ve been better but our drinks and the octopus was good.

   Food was average, and service wasn’t the best. It took over 45 minutes for my food to be served, and the waiter never checked on me with any updates.

   The food is really very good. We had grilled chicken with pico de gallo and seafood pasta. The server was personable and accommodating but somehow does not realize the tables are shaky and not stable. He placed a drink down and it rocked side to side and spilled all over me. He apologized, ok NP but “I”had to ask for a new drink. The glass was sticky on the outside from spilling. He was constantly filling up the water glasses in spite of them being 3/4 full every time causing more shaking of the glasses, I should have said something . The bad was up charging on the bill without communicating it at order time and incorrectly up-charging for adding to a dish. The charges on the bill were in small light gray font that you could hardly make out but I knew it did not add up. The server provided a poor explanation that included something about not spilling the drink on purpose so now I’m thinking I paid for another drink, so I asked for the manager. He explained the up charge for drink was for Casamiga but this was not communicated to us and the other was for adding to the seafood but said that was a mistake. He did the correct thing from the start and removed from the bill. Long story short this place has potential because the food is great, it’s a roof top with a great view and the effort seems to be there. But the tables and chairs are horrible and uncomfortable, the communication on up charging should be clearer and the food wait was over an hour.

   Was pretty disappointed overall. I had booked an outdoor table, there was a small bit of rain and they closed the outdoors and did not even try to notify me prior to coming in despite my reservation saying outdoor table. We sat in a less than desirable corner table with zero view. Despite me putting in the notes that I wanted to make the dinner extra special for my Sons birthday, they did not acknowledge the birthday at all. We ordered the drunken shrimp for an appetizer and they didn’t have the sauce so we were not able to get that, I wanted a ribeye for dinner and they were out, so I couldn’t get that either I had to get a strip, I wanted mofongo for a side and they were out of that as well so I couldn’t get that. Honestly, it was very disappointing I could have easily spent that $250 anywhere else and probably had a better time. Would not recommend or go back.

    Our server was great and accommodated us with anything we needed. Our host was also lovely and very welcoming. Food and drinks were amazing. And the view was spectacular 10/10 recommend.
