Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

    Great service. Food was delish. The roasted cauliflower was perfectly prepared and the various sauces were the boss! We had the special salmon dish as well as the Brussels. 5 star all the way around.

    We celebrated our 15-year wedding anniversary at Etch. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a card and complimentary bubbles. We ordered almost half the menu, and while everything was phenomenal, we especially loved the roasted cauliflower, beet + berry salad and pan-seared scallops. Those dishes are a must! The service was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful. We highly recommend Etch!

    Started in the lounge for happy hour. Very good wine and bites with reasonable price points. We had a nice table in the restaurant with excellent service. It was hard to make a selection off the excellent menu and our choice was fantastic. Don’t pass up the horseradish caesar or brusell sprouts. The wine list offered so many options as well.
