   Incredible experience from start to finish—every bite was a flavor explosion! The food pairings were spot on, elevating each dish to something unforgettable. Top-notch service and a vibe that made it all even better. Absolutely delicious!

   Food was just ok. Kitchen was way behind, and food took forever which was surprising with the many open tables. Our server was phenomenal and tried her best. Carpaccio was good, but tiny. Caesar salad was excellent, so were the scallops. Pork Ribeye was good, but tiny, and the couscous served with it was bone dry. Potato salad was great, but the sauce on the plate ruined it. Drinks were good, nothing special. For the hype of this place, I thought we’d have a much more palatable experience.

   We have never been to Nashville. We sat at the chefs railing/bar and enjoyed a 2.5 hour visit. The service, cocktails, and food were some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere!

   We decided to reserve a table at Etch for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, our experience was perfection. The service was exceptional at every level and the food was beyond amazing. 11 out of 10 stars.

   We sat at the bar and the service from two servers was good. They modified our food orders to accommodate us. The food was amazing. Third time I’ve eaten here and have enjoyed each time. When I’m back in town I will go again. Highly recommend!

   Justin was a fabulous server! Personable, fun, helpful, perfect timing!! Delicious food! The cauliflower, salmon, everything was delicious!!

    Fantastic date! We really wanted to try something new and expand our taste buds. The food was excellent and the service, by Josh was phenomenal. He really added to the experience with his knowledge and suggestions. We tried two apps, two entrees, one side and shared a dessert. The steak carpaccio was DELICIOUS, I could literally eat it all day, and the Grilled Filet Mignon was to die for. BLUEBERRY PISTACHIO PAVLOVA is the best dessert I’ve ever put in my mouth. We cannot wait to come back.
