Service was excellent. Someone in our party had a food allergy and requested an entree without the ingredient. The chef altered the item and made a very delicious entree. There was no fuss from the staff everyone was very accommodating.

Everyone in our party had a great meal!

Fantastic meal all around. Extensive wine list. Delicious roasted cauliflower appetizer. The halibut (from the Sea special of the day) was perfectly executed and the lamb was also very good, and desserts were the perfect finish to a lovely meal - Olive Oil Almond Cake and Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse were both amazing, though I was partial to the Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse.

Had a great meal and our waiter could not have been better...I like the happy hour idea which we went for and then we wound up ordering dinner. We had the venison and meatballs which were very good and the warm bread is a treat.

Maybe I ordered wrong but the food wasn’t very memorable. It was a lot better a couple of years ago when I was last here.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The menu is fairly small, but everything we tried was truly outstanding. For an appetizer we had the signature cauliflower dish that was very tasty and the three sauces were excellent. For an entree we both had the halibut, which was cooked to perfection. We had the fried potato salad as a side which was excellent, and unlike anything I had ever tasted. The dessert we had was fantastic with homemade butterscotch ice cream on top.

The only thing better than the food was the service. It was full, including both party rooms and a birthday group near us. The service was still outstanding. The waitress was very nice and the manager came and spoke to us. They seem to be very genuine in their graciousness.

We are from Houston and were on vacation, but I consider it to be one of the finest restaurants I have ever been to.

We were seated in the closed room, our party of 8 was able to talk and have conversation. Food and service were impeccable. A great experience at one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville.

Stumbled upon this place while visiting Nashville . I was looking to enjoy a nice quiet casual lunch. This place hit the spot. I sat at the counter facing the kitchen and it was quiet enjoyable. The waiter was one of the best and friendliest I’ve had. The cauliflower app was a must and the med salad was great as well!
I highly recommend Etch two thumbs up!

Outstanding service, and excellent offerings for everyone in our party, including myself as a vegetarian. I would rate this as one of the top meals I have ever had .. Would recommend highly and go back the next time I am in Nashville.

The food was delicious and the presentation impressive. Better yet, the service was friendly and non-intrusive. I would definitely go back.

Maybe would have liked to see a few more choices on the menu, but hey that's focus.

The food was spectacular! The chef was very creative and executed the meals perfectly! The different sauces she used in each dish raised the meal to a new level. The charcuterie salad was delicious and both meals that my partner and I had were fantastic! Service was top notch as well. I would definitely recommend Etch to anyone with a taste for creative flavors!

This restaurant came highly recommended and it was easy to see why! The food was fabulous. We started out with the roasted cauliflower, which was recommended by our waitress, and it was so fresh and flavorful with a touch of cumin. I then had the lamb loin and my husband had the venison. Each was cooked to perfection, beautifully plated, and was accompanied by fresh vegetables and innovative sauces - fabulous. We were too full for dessert but we forced ourselves and we were so glad we did! My husband had the homemade butterscotch ice cream and I had the chocolate mousse. Not a bite was left on the plates. We will definitely return to dine here in the future.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and I cannot say enough great things about it. The food was spectacular and the service just as great. We dined at the counter for my friend's 40th birthday. We had the cauliflower, the scallops, a salad and the almond cake dessert. Every single thing was perfect and the server, Angela, went out of her way to make the night special. Would highly recommend!

Etch was awesome. We split two appetizers, an entree, and a desert between two people and we're happily full but not uncomfortably full. Each dish was clearly thought out and a culinary experience in its own rite. The chef knows how to build a dish and a menu. Would highly recommend.

The ambience was unparalleled for this small, gentrified district of downtown Nashville, SoBro . We had a reservation for 5.30 pm so we were able to see some of the dinner rush...service was good but clearly a restaurant where the servers are focused on large party/ tip-oriented attention to detail (ours was an intimate dinner for 2, amd there were times I had to motion my server, not to mention my soup bowl was never removed until halfway through my entree). Overall, food was extremely creative (try the Duck Tart or Green Tea Pavlova) and tasty for its surprisingly commodity-based pantry

Food was excellent and service was impeccable. We were a party of 4 two of us having the halibut special, one having the filet and the other having the veal meatballs. We had a side of the crispy potato salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and our server couldn’t have been better. She was always there when we needed something but didn’t hover over us. Will definitely return

Celebrated our son's 20th birthday here with a delicious dinner. Food was delicious from the Peruvian Tuna Crudo to the Scallops, Halibut and Filet. We all enjoyed our meals and would highly recommend. Portions are on the smaller side but aesthetically pleasing. Location of restaurant is ideal if you are going to Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Ampitheater or to the Schermerhorn.

I took my boyfriend to Etch for his birthday. We shared a duck tart, he got scallops and I got lamb, he got an apple plyllo pastry and I got chocolate mousse. Everything we ate was perfect, our servers were helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, the restaurant itself was beautiful, and I had one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had.
