   Anthony our server provided impeccable service. He was warm and cordial and gave excellent food and beverage recommendations too. The meal was memorable. The Sichuan chicken was one of the best dishes of its kind I have ever tasted in my life. The roasted cauliflower which our server recommended exceeded expectations. We had a reservation and when the host showed us to our table we asked to be moved to a location near the window. They graciously and promptly accommodated our request. We will add this restaurant to our repertoire when visiting Nashville. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

   Really nice location . It’s downtown but not in a crowded area. Food was incredible as well as the service. It’s expensive but well worth the cost!

   I had an incredible first dinning experience here. Melinda was our server. She was very professional and gave great recommendations. We started with the octopus and shrimp bruschetta and it was so fabulous. Cauliflower was yummy too. I knew from the first bite that the entrees were going to be incredible. Our meals came out at perfect times. My friend got the venison dish that was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Melt in your mouth… so good! And wild caught. That’s a plus. Every part of the dish was amazing. We had a window seat, which I enjoyed. I can tell they pay attention to detail by laying the drink menu on the window, the candle light reflected on to the cover and made a subtle ambiance at the table. It was never too loud for conversation. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food in Nashville. For the few people saying the food is bad in the reviews must eat McDonald’s. Deb has crafted a wonderful menu and I’m looking forward to returning! Ended the meal with an espresso martini. Lovely.

   We were celebrating our 43th anniversary and wanted something special to go. Our daughter recommended Etch as a place we would enjoyand we were not disappointed. We will definitely go again. Thank you Etch for our Anniversary card.

   My first night in Nashville, which also happened to be my birthday, I chose to celebrate at Etch. Even though I was given recommendations to eat at other restaurants, I liked the menu options here. The menu didn’t disappoint. I sat at the chef’s bar, which was entertaining and fun. I had the Playing with Fire cocktail ( highly recommend). As an appetizer, I chose the roasted cauliflower that was tasty, but the Brussels sprouts were better and deserve more acknowledgement. For the main entree, I had the pork chop. It was so flavorful. The desserts…almond cake and strawberry ice cream, and espresso martini…yum!!! Overall, I had a tasty meal, quality service, and a pleasant experience. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Enjoy!

    Initially we were disappointed our schedule did not allow for dinner here, but lunch was shockingly affordable and ate way above its price point. Staff knew their menu and were understanding and helpful. Will definitely be at Etch again when in Nashville next, hopefully for dinner next time, but will not have no regrets if it is lunch again.

    Awesome Eclectic type meal. Don’t worry about ingredients as they were all good ( acknowledged my mustard allergy) Service was great (JOSH) was spot on with everything.

    Whoa! This place is a must try! The food was absolutely incredible. From the appetizers straight through to the dessert. Every bite was delicious. Service is exceptional. One of the best meals I’ve ever had.

    Lisa, our server was Excellent! Her recommendation’s were welcomed and enjoyed. Salmon was excellent ( Chefs choice ) my fillet with their garlic roasted potatoes was fair I bit overcooked and the potatoes were not hot. I would recommend, but I more than likely get Chefs choice next visit. All in all, great place, we will return, just not on a Saturday night! One man walked around with a baby the whole time we were there and ate standing up ~ very disrespectful and rude.

    Our waitress was very knowledgeable, the recommendations were very helpful and our party enjoyed themselves. The only complaint from my group was that one of their steaks wasn’t exactly to her liking, but not enough to send it back to be corrected. Very enjoyable evening, we’ll definitely return during a future visit.

    Celebrated my anniversary here. Ordered the carpaccio, etch salad, and filet. All were amazing, best filet I’ve ever had hands down. Our server Amy was great and overall awesome experience

    Stopped in during our trip to Nashville and sat at the Chef's Bar. Absolutely amazing dinner, one of the best I've ever had. Our server Lisa was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was just out of this world, the venison was perfectly cooked and just melted in your mouth! This is definitely a special place that anyone and everyone in Nashville should definitely try! Not to mention, sitting at the Chef's Bar was a fantastic experience!

    Sat at the counter, Samantha really knew her stuff…monkfish appetizer was so different we loved it. Had a wonderful man dining next to us fun to talk to. Everything was great down to dessert mocha crunch.

    This was our first visit to Etch, and we really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, and food was creative and delicious. I'll admit the octopus and shrimp bruschetta appetizer was not my favorite, but my wife loved it. Our venison and fish special entrees were terrific. My only complaint is I wish they wouldn't charge $5 for bread and butter.

    This was our first trip to Nashville and to Etch. My husband and I loved everything from the ambience to the service and the food all the way to dessert. I highly recommend the roasted cauliflower, tempura oyster mushrooms, catfish and chicken with sizzling rice dishes. We topped it off by sharing the ice cream sundae which was everything strawberry. Superb! In fact, we loved it so much we’re going back tomorrow!

    Great food and service for a reasonable price. The Etch Salad was VERY good. The 8 oz Filet and the Pork Chop were both delicious, and the Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae was the perfect dessert to top it all off.

    This is by far the best restaurant in Nashville!!! Come to Nashville once a year and try to dine here as many times as I can during visit. The service is hands down top notch -we have Brooke usually and she is so attentive and has stellar personality ! Must try is the charred cauliflower the best I’ve ever had. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu as everything is cooked to perfection. The management does an awesome job here. Can’t say enough positive things about this phenomenal restaurant.
