   Drinks, food and service were all excellent. Nice change of pace compared to Broadway.

   Dinner (or lunch) at Etch is a five-star experience, just like any experience at Char. Both locations never disappoint. Every culinary dish is a delight.

   Every one of our 4 entrees was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, exactly to our specifications. Not only was each dish unique in some way, the flavors went together perfectly. You cannot go wrong with any of the desserts either! The banana sundae was to die for! We would visit again if we’re ever back in Nashville!

   Great service. Food was really good. Had the chef special (mahi), salmon, filet, and chicken breast in our group, all were cooked as ordered and flavorful. The crispy warm potato salad was the surprise of the dinner, very good. Also had a charcuterie board appetizer that was top notch.

   Etch was absolutely phenomenal. We went to celebrate our engagement and were very pleased. The staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, the food was fantastic, and our overall experience was amazing.

   It is difficult to fully articulate what an amazing experience we had dining at Etch. From the spectacular service, headed by Justin, to all the expertly prepared dishes, we were thrilled that Etch met our high expectations. The mahi special: my chef husband said the beignet was like a latke and a perfect complement to the delicately prepared fish, which often can be overcooked. Not in this case! I had the venison and my friend had the pork ribeye; both filled with complex flavors that pleased our palates. We also raved about our starters: the melt in your mouth duck tart, octopus bruschetta, horseradish Caesar salad (just WOW - very authentic!) and Etch salad. (Salads big enough to split in 2, per Justin's suggestion.) Our friends' flights were delayed substantially due to the crazy storms, but the hostess was truly accommodating to the shifting of our RSVP. Cocktails (smoked old fashioned!!) and wine capped a very nice evening for us to be able to catch up and not feel rushed. Hats off to the fabulous chef and crew for a truly memorable meal.

   Incredibly delicious food and variety of options to select! Our server offered recommendations and was very professional. Exceptional value for the food, ambiance and service.

   My mother and I stopped in last night on a whim and it ended up being one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! The food was phenomenal, especially the Mahi Mahi special, and the drinks were amazing too! We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Nashville and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great meal and evening!

    Great as always. coming early we noticed how much quiter is was . we ate there before the symphony.
