   Service was slow but it was a Sat night. We waited 25 min after ordering cocktails, sitting at the chef’s bar, to get our drinks. Multiple people checked on our order and said the bar was backed up yet everyone around us was seated after us yet got their cocktails before us. The duck tart is a must and the cauliflower is amazing even if you don’t love cauliflower because of the sauces. My husband loved his scallops. I had the venison and it was delicious. Aside from the chef’s bar the restaurant is extremely dark and has black tablecloths. A lot of iPhone flashlights.

   Great experience from seating to paying. Food was delicious! Very knowledgeable with food allergies and could accommodate for gluten free need.

   Outstanding! Loved the whole experience. Dishes were creative with wonderful layers of flavor. The service was great and Shay provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend the berry and beet salad and the venison entree.

   Dinner (or lunch) at Etch is a five-star experience, just like any experience at Char. Both locations never disappoint. Every culinary dish is a delight.

   Every one of our 4 entrees was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, exactly to our specifications. Not only was each dish unique in some way, the flavors went together perfectly. You cannot go wrong with any of the desserts either! The banana sundae was to die for! We would visit again if we’re ever back in Nashville!

    Great service. Food was really good. Had the chef special (mahi), salmon, filet, and chicken breast in our group, all were cooked as ordered and flavorful. The crispy warm potato salad was the surprise of the dinner, very good. Also had a charcuterie board appetizer that was top notch.
