etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

    Join us for an exclusive wine pairing dinner featuring a selection of Robert Mondavi wines. The event will feature a curated four-course menu crafted by our culinary team, presented to guests in our private dining room. National Brand Ambassador Jacob Steiner will join us from the winery to present each wine and share a rare behind-the-scenes look at one of Napa Valley's most renowned estates. The cost of tickets includes dinner reservations, wine pairings, tax and gratuity. Reservations can be cancelled up to seven days prior to the event for a full refund.     We had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend sitting at the counter and enjoying the full kitchen working so well. Very welcoming from the hostess to the server to the Chef and Sous Chef. Crispy potato salad is the bomb! Yummy! Thank you, Etch!

    Dallas Brown was our waiter/bartender. We were at the very last reservation time for our late lunch. Our service was exceptional as was our meal and any request we had of him. Unbelievably attentive Thank you for a wonderful experience on a Saturday afternoon at ETCH!!!!

    One of our best all time. Veggie meal was layered and integrated. Scallops were delicious. Cauliflower appetizer had three sauces. All perfect

    We have eaten here about a dozen times since it opened. Initially it was fabulous, but the entirety of the experience has deteriorated to a fair experience. Last night was the least pleasurable on a series of recent visits. Plenty of options at this price point.

    All courses were excellent for everyone. Duck tart was an especially big hit with those who tried it. Our special needs granddaughter ate everything, a rarity, from the Parker house rolls to kid’s menu chicken and fries as well as ice cream for dessert. Cannot extoll the virtues of this restaurant enough. Will be back often.

    Etch never disappoints. Went for brunch on Saturday. Food was excellent. We had the duck fried rice and breakfast tacos. Both were yummy! Service was great as always.

    Excellent food. We had scallops, filet, chicken and pork chop. Amazing flavors and excellent wine. Service was attentive but not intrusive. They handled celiac/ gluten allergies very well.
