etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

We've teamed up with local distillery Nelson's Green Brier for a special bourbon dinner! Together, we're creating a four-course menu that compliments a selection of spirits from the Green Brier portfolio. Each course and pairing will be presented to guests seated in our private dining room for an intimate, interactive dining experience. The cost of tickets includes dinner reservations, drink pairings, tax and gratuity. Reservations can be cancelled up to seven days prior to the event for a full refund. The menu will be announced on our website in June.

The food, service and atmosphere at Etch are all amazing. My husband and I have eaten there multiple times, and we are always blown away at the delicious flavors in every dish we have eaten.

We’ve been to Etch many times. Always good service and food. I would like to see menu change as food is becoming to common. Like menu change in order to return.

This was our second visit but it won't be our last. The experience was great for our group in every respect. One of us had the salmon special and found it to be excellent. The other two had the pork rib and found it to be extremely tender and delicious. The wine list is excellent and the service was not as over the top as before but very acceptable.
