   We are usually happy with Estradas and have been going for years. It went down for awhile when it was sold but we tried it again last year after it was non Restaurant Impossible and it was better. We went about a month ago and it was good. I made reservations for my family to go and when we got there we were asked if we made a reservation online and she said it's going to be about a half hour or more to get your food. People came in and they didn't have the person who was suppose to work come in so they were running it with the cook and I believe the wife of the owner(not for sure). It took a long time to get waited on for our drinks and appetizers. WE finally got our dinner and the normal "sizzling salads" were not good and the cheese enchilada tasted like it had a very tomato sauce taste. Not happy at all from when we walked in.

   Reservation for 6:45 pm, Saturday evening, arrived early to find front doors padlocked. Accessed facility through bar, only one customer in bar who directed us to the empty dining room. Downhill experience from there, as owner stated staff had not arrived. From atmosphere, to service, to food quality,....very poor.

   We had reservation at 4:00 pm when we walked to the door there was a closed sign so we walked in and they guy said he didn’t have a waitress but he will serve us and closed and locked the door. The bar section was open.

   If you want good service and good food go to this restaurant. The best chicken appetizer ever. Beatriz the waitress has the best attitude for customer service she recommend and kept checking on us. She is funny and insist on romance and get up and dance. She is the most friendly person I ever met in a restaurant. She loves to give hugs. Our first time there and we had made a new friend and left very happy with the service. This is for sure a keeper place to eat at

   We showed up at 6:20 behind a 8 person group and a three person group. The large group had already ordered and had drinks. Our drinks took a while but our sizzling tostadas took about an hour to arrive. While the team was nice and apologetic it was painfully slow.

   We went for dinner and ordered chicken fajita. The chicken was very dry, it seemed like it was reheated and served to us. The other dish was the beef tostada, the beef was ok, lots of piled lettuce.

    We went their to celebrate my mothers 89th birthday and when we got there we were told it was closed to the public and that there was a private party going on. Very disappointed.
