   Amazing and flawless experience! Everyone and everything was perfect, and I'm not just saying that, it was an elevated experience, even the GM came over to talk to us and make sure everything was great, and our server was simply the best.

   Reservation was made for team building event in San Francisco. We were sat right below the speakers, they were playing loud trance music with heavy bass and I literally could not hear anything people say. We requested multiple times for the volume to be lowered but they gave a sorry of an excuse that they can’t touch it. Didn’t make a big deal about it because it was a business dinner so we tried to keep it professional. My cocktail was good. Appetizer was ok. Sea bass that I ordered was ok. Decent portion. So meal ended and I asked for a box to go. Whoever that took my plate nodded, and went ahead to put my used silverware AND my coworkers USED silverware onto my plate that I intend to take home. That definitely pose a major hygiene issue and who knows what they will do with my fish when it’s getting boxed up… so no, I did not take my fish home and I told him to forget about boxing it. He nodded. Again. And came back 5minutes later with a boxed up fish. Overall I was very unhappy with the quality of service and the hygiene level of the employees. I had higher expectation from a Michael Mina restaurant. Will save my time and effort for another place next time we have a business meal.

   Previously dined at Michael Mina’s Michelin starred fine dining establishment at this very same location. Post 2020 this has been rebranded into a more casual Mediterranean Greek restaurant. Was seated at a table in a very busy location between restrooms and bar. Asked to be relocated to another table but outright refused. Even though a couple tables for two where within eyesight. Served by a team of staff members. Our assigned waitress only brought menus, placed silverware and plates in tween appetizers, main courses and dessert. Overall I found the staff members cold and indifferent.

   Good food, excellent service. But way too expensive. The winist in particular was egregious. You are paying a premium to eat in a Michale Mina restaurant.

    Had the lobster and lampchops. Unfortunately both were small and bland. Also the two most expensive dishes on the menu. Service was good and appetizers and desserts were ok, but overall a really disappointing experience. The old Michael Mina was one of the best meals I’d ever had, but I don’t think I’ll go back to this version.

    Estiatorio Ornos was a great experience - albeit pricey! Dining with 7 other colleagues to celebrate a retirement - it sure was memorable. The food was delicious and we went with the tasting menu. Each course you could not fault. Could do with more reasonably priced wine choice, sommelier really wanted us to spend way more than we did! The table was running around 30 minutes later but that was fine as we enjoyed great cocktails at the bar.

    Service could have been better…server seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. We ordered 3 sea bass entrees for the table and he failed to mention how large they are. It was obscene. Espresso martini was a 4/10. Everything was great besides our server…

    The food is good- the restaurant is cool- the service is bad and they charge for iced tea refills but don’t tell you until you get a bill for 6.00 per iced tea. lol- no other Michael Mina restaurant does this especially when you are charging $6.00 for an iced tea - water and leaves nothing else. Greed.

    Fine dining in an unpretentious and comfortable space with just the perfect level of service without feeling stuffy. We got the feeling that there were regular guests, which is a great sign. There was a great Happy Hour program which makes the bar really accessible - a total win/win. Creative cocktails, exquisitely prepared and presented. An extensive wine list and nice selection by the glass. Was pleased to see so many regions presented- both Old World and New World. Food was well-prepared. The duck was perfectly tender and neither too rare nor to too well done. The seafood dish from our holiday tasting menu was also perfectly prepared.

    The food was good. Especially the fish was nicely seasoned and was extremely fresh. The noise level was too much. Especially with wait staff moving continuously in and around does not contribute to fine dining.

    If you are looking for a nice quiet dinner this is not the palace for you. The food was excellent. The service was eager but inexperienced. I paid $60 for a delicious fish that had a lot of bones because the deboning was not done properly. The noise level was too much for me.

    I want to start that our server was amazing and the food was very delicious. I would certainly return just for that. Cocktails and Mocktails at the bar were delicious and inventive. My biggest challenge was that while we arrived 15 min prior to our reservation, we waited at the bar for over 15 min before we were able to even order drinks and then our table wasn’t ready for 45 minutes after my reservation. So our 6:30 reservation turned into 7:15 before we were seated.

    Good was just ok nothing special, appetizers very small. Entry fish came just a fish with lemon for 65 dollars. Wasn’t given drinks menu, ordered Chardonnay was brought the most expensive, as it turned out on the bill. Despite reserving 4 months in advance was seated very close to the bar and was kicked in the chair several times during dinner, couldn’t really talk with my dad was that loud. Why I gave 3 stars…service was good, place is pretty. But will not recommend or come back

    Fabulous happy hour (but use caution with the caviar item in the middle…probably shouldn’t be on happy hour menu .) Everything was fabulous, came out quickly and it’s a lovely restaurant! We were there early…happy hour starts at 4 (please verify before you arrive.) We’ll absolutely be back!!! It’s making hungry just thinking about it!!!

    We waited over an hour and a half to even have our order taken. The front changed our Opentable reservation to 45 mins later without our permission to mask how late they were running. By the time we got our food (more than two hours and fifteen mins after arriving), we were so hungry we had all our courses come at once and we were done with our food in 10 mins. I wanted a full refund of our meal. This place needs a major management and staffing overhaul for what could be a promising restaurant.

    We has reservation for table of 7. Our waiter was so bad. He forgot to serve an appetizer to one of our guest and he was staying by the wall and not even showing any interest in serving the missing appetizer. I asked him to show us the fish cart and he never did. Charged us for two teas and never deliver. Bad service for expensive RESTURANT.

    Restaurant is gorgeous! Food is delicious! Server, Damian, was very informed and helpful. We loved the Grilled octopus, bean, caper and red onion starter and the sole with a butter caviar sauce. This is truly "fine dining" and we can't wait to return.

    Your place is beautiful a very modern look for a change. The food was delicious and very flavorful. My only problem was the food was not hot despite the heavy serving plates. You help needs help. I know it is hard to get people to waitstaff and yours were nice and tried very hard but at your prices they need more education. Otherwise a lovely evening. Thanks

    Our table of 6 all ordered the special pre-fixed entree and thought we had to choose from each category. Instead we had a sampler of all items in each category (eg. Appetizers, fish, meat, dessert) and was thoroughly impressed with the dishes. Low carbs with olive oil lightly sprinkled on many dishes along with many veggies made this a fairly healthy meal. The service was impeccable and attentive and the decor was updated from the former Michael Mina to introduce vibrant and lively colors. The place was hopping for a Wednesday evening including the bar so book early!
