Never a disappointment. We always love Milos food and ambiance.
Very very disappointing food ... and very high prices. And portions are more like a tasting menu, not a satisfying meal. The room is beautiful, no question about that, but frankly, I'm surprised that Estiatorio Milos can stay in business for much longer. There's no reason in NYC to put up with tiny portions of poor food at crazy high prices.

While the food was good I didn’t think it was no worthy. I loved the fresh fish table and the ability to choose my own face I just didn’t think it was worth the money
Very rushed in terms of ordering then no service after. Couldn’t get a drink; they said they would send someone over but the next time we saw someone it was when they dropped off the check
Everyone is correct: The octopus was outstanding. All wines served by the glass are Greek. Therefore, most NYers are not familiar w/them. I think we could have asked for a taste before ordering glasses. Next time??????
Value for the money - excellent three-course delicious meal, Service was excellent there were enough waiters to assist us. Down point is it was too crowded, considering the virus numbers - tables should be 6-feet apart.
Not easy to hear conversations. Service was a bit delayed but no biggie. Food was great !

Something going on with Milos
i don't mean to give this a bad review, i would say it's a fair review, the food was ok. I was celebrating my husband's birthday and planned a nice dinner. Maybe the selections we picked were not great and other dishes tasted better but i was not happy that a 2 lb white fish cost $125 dollars. The fish had no taste besides the capers on it and butter. No seasoning, no salt, wasn't grilled, looks like it was steamed. We did not enjoy it, the mushroom selections was the best but again, no salt no flavor. The salad was ok but lacked taste (romaine salad) also the zuccini stacked we left half of it, didn't enjoy it, probably grilled would have been better. i spend $300 for 2 people and didn't feel like I enjoyed my meal. My husband and i are foodies and eat out alot of nice places but this was not one of them. We went to the Baccarrat hotel Grand ballroom and the food had so much flavor.
Don’t take a reservation at 9:30 only to be told that there is no fish left and we literally have to order whatever is left! Also, food was very salty! Loved the vibe there though but that’s about it.
The service and the food was excellent! A nice go-to place for an elegant dining experience.

Delicious food. The fried zucchini special is terrific. Fixed price 3 course meal is good value with choices for all tastes. Lamb chops were excellent. It is crowded and noisy though.
We wanted to try a new place in the city for our anniversary and everything about Milos was outstanding. The oysters were fresh, the wine was easy to drink, the lunch price fix was such a good value for the portion sizes. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and patient when describing dishes. We can’t wait to go back to try the caviar and cured fish. This is definitely going to be place we return to!

Lovely restaurant. Very attentive servers. A bit pricey for the fish. Their prix fix dinners were very attractive. Not sure if they still do them due to Covid!

Fecha Noche de Año Nuevo, esperaba mayor decoración del lugar. Nos toco una mesa arriba la verdad fuera del ambiente de lugar. La comida buena pero nada espectacular. El vino blanco y el champagne que pedimos por copa era bastante promedio. Para el valor, esperaba algo mucho mejor
My family and I dined at Milos in the out door private heated area. I was extremely pleased with the experience. It was a perfect New Year's Eve dinner with fantastic food and attentive service. We really felt like VIP guests. I strongly believe Milos has the best Greek food in the city. I was really bummed to not dine inside because of the beautiful interior but with two young kids, we preferred to be safe.
Very poor experience we came for New Year’s Day and we’re expecting the usual excellent service we are accustomed to in the Miami location which we used to go almost weekly. Here the hostess took us around in circles and didn’t understand where we wanted to sit even when we specified multiple times which was super embarrassing to be moved around the whole restaurant. Really ruined the whole experience after that
Consistently very good, very fresh food. Quite pricey, but I guess in NYC you pay for quality this good.

We had a wonderful meal at Milos midtown. We have eaten at other Greek/Mediterranean restaurants in NYC, but all agreed that this was best.

Milos has always been a favorite because of quality. It’s been 2 years since I was last there. I noticed first the remarkable price increase, doubtless due in part to the magnificent job being done by our city, state and National commandants. But I don’t think entirely so. As usual, I ordered a whole grilled fish—on the bone (said twice). It arrived too long later fileted. After oysters five bucks apiece. I am guessing that success, it now being a chain, has exacted its usual toll.

We got to pick out the fish for our meal. So fresh, the fish was practically swimming. The preparation was simple, flavorful and perfect. Also, there was a variety of excellent wines to enjoy. Great service, great atmosphere. We will be back.
The food was wonderful. We had a 3pm reservation not realizing that was the last seating for brunch. But it worked out perfectly. We started with drinks and appetizers. We left and came back at 5:30 to a non-rush dinner. I think I’ll do that more often.
