Excellent food and service. The lunch menu is very good value.
Horrific service. Plain food. Very extremely overpriced. Pompous waiters with an attitude. Asked the waiter which fish was good today as they have a fresh selection every day. He looked at me like I asked him which unicorn he’s going to ride home and said “all of our dishes are the best.” And walked off!! We had to flag down several waiters for everything- water, wine, ordering starters, ordering mains. Nightmare.
Portions were generous, but a dish for two people that was supposed to come with potatoes came with TWO BABY potatoes. Two!!!! Yoghurt with spoon sweets came with one fig sliced in half. Not a real fig. A mini fig. I had two mouthful of yoghurt with fig and the rest of my dessert was just plain natural yoghurt!!!!! They had run out of a bunch of dishes and when we said something, they said the menu was just a guide!!! Like, what?!
Do not go.
Delicious food, great service, fun atmosphere. We enjoyed excellently prepared grilled fish and vegetables plus great starters.
Very good food and excellent service in a nice ambience. Keep it up.
We had dinner for two on a Friday night to celebrate birthday. Restaurant was beautiful, and seafood was delicious (but expensive). Only real criticism was that the service seemed rather disorganised.
Good value for the set lunch, otherwise very expensive. Four of the white wines by the glass were not available leaving, I think, only three, why don't they don't substit others ?
If you want to eat a Greek salad with the labels still in your tomatoes, then you will enjoy it.
In the final plate, the chef forgot to rinse the tomatoes or is this a new trend to leave the labels in the produce??
It was a shocker to see that they charge for the salad an a terrible apologize in response from their side.
it is a nice restaurant but we had relatively poor service on that day
Fabulous from start to finish! Such fresh fish and vegetables and wonderful attentive service.
The best as usual
Amazingly fresh and tasty...bravo
My father and I love coming to this restaurant. The food is always fresh and succulent. First class!
Just the perfect lunch spot - amazing quality and value!!
Food was under seasoned. Potatoes which were supposed to be boiled were still hard and not fully cooked. Only good food was the Greek salad which didn’t require cooking. Kitchen needs work.
I asked a friend who works in St James on good authority for a restaurant recommendation and she suggested Milos.
I booked for a business lunch on a Wednesday and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time.
We were greeted at the front desk by a very rude maitre d which didn’t set things off to a good start.
The starter arrived in good time and was fine, nothing special, and we then proceeded to wait at least 30 mins for our main course.
My lamb & “Greek potatoes” (chips) then came out both cold. I sent them back expecting for this to be rectified with an apology and freshly cooked meal. Instead a non-apologetic waiter returned 10 minutes later with the same lamb, reheated, and the chips, refried and now overcooked. The lamb was bland and tasteless as were the overcooked chips.
Whilst in the middle of our meal, a waiter came over to ask if we had finished, and before hearing our response proceeded to attempt to take our plates from under us, clearly having no idea about dining etiquette and that we clearly were not finished.
Obviously realising I was unhappy with my meal they then brought out an entire platter of dessert in an attempt to appease the situation. This included a pile of fruit that was over ripe and stale, tasteless baklava and two portions of yoghurt, again, not very tasty and none of which I finished eating.
All in all, for a restaurant of this calibre and in this location, I am utterly astonished and might I add quite disgusted at the poor service and terrible food we received. This was enough to ruin my afternoon and ensure that I will never be returning nor recommending this restaurant to anyone.
Amazing food and service!! Best seafood restaurant in London by far
Smart buzzy place. Excellent pre-theatre menu. Attentive staff
It was a pleasure to have dinner in such lovely atmosphere
The grilled octopus is to die for - the best ever. The staff are fantastic - professional throughout and they make you feel special. The set lunch is exceptionally good value.
Th e service has been poor for the last five times that I dined at milos. Very slow. Forgotten parts of orders. Lack of attention to detail. I have been dining at milos since I am a child ( in Montreal ) and very disappointed that the London experience never measures up.
Service was poor - our water was never topped up and we didn't finish the wine as it wasn't offered.
Food not good enough and service Ok but not great...
Very, very Salty clam spaghetti and no real apology when this was pointed out
Took a long time to get served and the food was very disappointing
Amazingly good service, food at top quality!! A* guaranteed.
Excellent food and atmosphere.
The lobster pasta was amazing!!
Very expensive but excellent Greek food and service
Excellent, tasty and healthy Greek food. Very good service and nice atmosphere. An excellent moment to recommend.
Greek cuisine in an amazing venue with a great vibe and service
I had greater expectations about this restaurant! The food was not what I expected to be, and there is no value for money! Everything is overcharged and without some exceptional tastes. We had to return one plate because it didn't taste good at all! At least they didn't charge us for that.
Excellent service! Very welcoming and accommodating staff. The freshest fish in London. A restaurant that you must try!! 5 Stars
I've experienced all Milos locations including Athens. London was definitely on point. A+ across the board. Dined at the bar -Dimitri was knowledgeable and professional. Fish display very impressive.
Very average food and noisy restaurant - would not return. I felt very overpriced for what we had.
Great food, service and atmosphere
Great experience after our previous in New York. Great food and friendly atmosphere.
Great food, a nice atmosphere and good service. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine.
Food not as good or fresh as it used to be unfortunately. Staff very focused o trying to pour wine/ water quickly to try to get you to buy another bottle- but amazing decor and fun ambience - just don’t go for the food...
Noisy, poor service , very expensive wine list
Aniversario
Great experience! I went there for lunch before seeing The Phantom Of The Opera. The atmosphere, the service, the food and the location are just fabulous. I would definitely go back again.
Excellent food, well presented and waiting staff first rate. The lady covering entry and table allocation was less so - obviously a bad day in her world - but everyone else made up for that with lots of charm and professionalism.
This was our second visit to Milos and we had a lovely evening, but it was a bit let down by the service.
We had to ask twice for our empty glasses to be topped up. Waiters seemed more interested in chatting at the station.
