We had the perfect date at Estia, largely because Paige was the perfect waitress! She advised us on dinner choices (the food was incredible) and she took extra care to ensure our evening was special. It was a great date night!
Delicious fresh perfectly prepared! Waiter was attentive and polite
This was an excellent outdoor dining experience. Food, service and ambience very well done.
An enjoyable night out.
Consistently excellent food and service
Wonderful time at Estia!
very tasty, light food, excellent service, very nice outdoor table setting
Will be back soon
Fabulous fabulous fabulous
Estia never disappoints us ! We love it with friends and our family too ! One of our Favorite for all reasons especially it’s Mediterranean cuisine .
We probably had the pushiest waitress ever. We told her we wanted to take our time and she kept returning asking if we were ready to order. While we appreciated her checking in she seemed annoyed when we ordered one item at a time. I could understand if the restaurant was full but it was five pm and it was almost empty. Her pushiness was rude. Food is good at Estia but wait staff needs to be more sensitive to their guests.
Estia in Radnor is my wife's favorite restaurant, we always enjoy going there. The food was delicious, as it always is, and our waiter was right on point. The tables in the back are too close together, room was very loud, as we were practically sitting on top of the people next to us. Move some of the tables out.
The ambiance in the outdoor dining area is so beautiful, it makes you forget all your problems. The food is a bit pricey, but really delicious and so many great healthy options to choose from. Looking forward to going back again soon!
Good food, nice service. Ate outdoors in a pouring rain storm and stayed dry under cover. A bit pricey.
Our server, Paige, was absolutely fabulous. I've never experienced a server like her. Her sincerity and timing are incredible. What was even more amazing was her memory. I had been served by Paige ten days prior and she remembered what I drank and the glass of ice.
We sat outside where it appears most of the seating is at present. They've done a great job converting space to table spaces with safe distancing and many "private" tables. I took one star off ambience simply because you're looking at a parking lot or roadway, but if I could have taken half a star, I would have. They've done a great job decorating and making these spaces as attractive as possible.
Now, as for the food - it was terrific! Great selection, what we had was extremely well-prepared and presented. Our server was attentive without hovering and visited the table exactly as often as was appropriate.
We will be back - soon.
Felt very safe eating outside. Food was delish, expensive, but always worth it.
Wonderful experience! Food was excellent and our server Jim, was very a lot fun. We didn't feel rushed to finish our meal or to leave our table.
One of my favorite restaurants. The food was amazing.
Our server (I believe her name is Cage) was superb. I rarely meet a server with that much joy and efficiency.
Found my new go to place!!
The Dover Sole is to die for!! Same with all of the appetizer dips!
The food was great. The set up was wonderful - heated and covered.
Estia is sooooo good!! It's one of my very favorite restaurants. It always feels like a very special and luxurious experience to eat there. The new outdoor dining area is lovely and comfortable - it was a chilly evening, but the heaters made our party completely comfy. All the food was great, as always, and I especially appreciated how knowledgeable the servers are. Ours was very helpful to us - we had some challenges - several in our party have special diets (vegans, gluten intolerance, garlic intolerance).
The food is good. The service is very slow with an attitude. It’s not just slow, it’s impossibly slow. If you don’t drink alcohol, then you can probably deal with it. If you want drinks, you will not be happy.
Very slow service
Food was excellent
Poor wine selection by the glass
Fresh, deliciously prepared food
Great and Oscar, our waiter was outstanding.
Overall the food was excellent and well presented. Service was fair.
Prices are sky high. Only had 3 appitizers, no drinks because of the prices. Service OK.
We dined outdoors, and it was a real treat. Same great food, as always. Great service as well. And a wonderful way to “emerge” from the isolation of COVID. So glad we can still count on Estia!
We were celebrating two birthdays with our children. We enjoyed a delicious meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were able to enjoy catching up!
We went there yesterday for our anniversary. The food was excellent ! And at the end the waiter gave us a few cookies with a candle. Very sweet.
Outdoor set up was beautiful. Food and service was fantastic. Adding as one of our new favorites.
Waitress was a little overwhelmed and slow in service and checking on our group
Our reservation, the first dining out post-COVID, for two people at Estia with reservations at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 was not favorable at the outset. While the food was very good, which is to be expected, we were not served timely after being seated at one of the outdoor tables. An hour passed after we were shown to our table before we even had a waiter bring us water. More than 30 minutes of waiting during that hour, I had gone to the two young ladies at the front desk to inform them that we needed to order because I had to leave by 5:15 p.m. No one came for yet another 20 minutes after my appeal to have a wait staff to serve us. Then came someone with water and ten minutes later, a server to take our order. By then, my enthusiasm to order something from the prix fixe menu was dampened considerably and instead had a Greek salad. It was now 4:45 p.m. the food did come shortly after our order was taken. The server was very polite and apologized profusely, commenting that no one had told her that she needed to come to take our orders. The message I have for those, expecting reasonable wait time for service and have limited time for a meal, is that this may not be the place to come, even during a slow period in the afternoon without the lunch or dinner time crowds.
The food is outstanding! We will definitely go back for the prawns, lamb chops and grilled fish.
This is some of the best food on the main line, and when you're in the mood for great seafood it's the very first that comes to mind.
Food was very good. Personnel bordered on rude - certainly not welcoming
