Wonderful, convenient big place that feels intimate.
The service was great and very knowledgeable about everything!! I loved it
Great place always quality service and food
We had over 8 different items off the menu and everything was excellent!! Enjoy you will have no regrets
Nice place. Food was good. Not spectacular. Pretty expensive. Lots of families and kids. Which I do t mind, but was there
One of my favorite restaurants. Delicious food. Outstanding service and great atmosphere
The restaurant is excellent, but the noise level was so high that it spoiled the occasion.
The ambiance, food, and service were all fantastic!
Estia is a sure thing. From the Greeting, Ambiance and Service right down to the Food and its portions.
This is one our favorite places to eat
My wife and I come down from New Jersey and stay overnight to eat here. Food and service are always excellent !!
We had a great experience at Estia - the service was excellent and the environment in the restaurant was great. The food was delicious but we felt it was overpriced.
Birthday celebration. Great time and atmosphere!
Everything was fabulous! Had pre-theater menu and would have liked everything offered!
Great mediterranean restaurant!
Always perfect lunch spot for Kimmel performances across the street. Delicious kale salad, snapper with lentils, and baklava. It couldn’t have been better. Warm, gracious service. Inviting and comfortable space.
We went here for Valentine's Day. The service was excellent and almost all of the food was perfect. The only downside was that the Lavraki was a little fishy compared to normal. Great food and great service over all. One of our favorite Philadelphia Restaurants.
The salmon was great and my Halibut sovphlaki wonderful. We also enjoyed the
Service was “ok” however, it was a holiday. I just would have expected them to be better staffed.
Wonderful overall! However, the TV in the dining room cheapened the experience.
Nice place good fast service as we were going to theatre.
Great theater menu! Best Buy in town! Great food and service!
I'm sorry, but I would not recommend a friend to Estia.
I think the meal I had, LAVRAKI, was overpriced.
The waiter had convinced me to get the Lavraki, rather than the Black Sea Bass, due to how much the Black Sea Bass weighed.
However, when my meal came to the table, I was astounded at how little fish there was on my plate. I had three times as much potatoes.
My wife enjoyed her Lobster pasta. We also had calamari and then Baklava for desert. With three glasses of wine and two espressos, our bill came to just over $200. I think it was overpriced.
I shouldn't have listened to the waiter.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food and service. Would recommend.
We always go before going to the theater. Esta is the best prelude to a fun evening out.
Very good and accommodating
The restaurant ambience was great and I loved the cozy table where we were seated. The waiter was friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu was diverse and we enjoyed our selections.
My wife and I visited Estia prior to a 7:00 show at the Kimmel. We arrived slightly early for our 5:30 reservation but had to wait a while as the reception area was overwhelmed with patrons. Once we were seated, we ordered from the pre-theater menu which is a good value compared to the regular menu prices. Our server was new and wasn't overly attentive so we had to ask the bus servers for assistance. Appetizers were good and came soon after ordering but our drink order didn't appear until the main course. My wife ordered the moussaka and had to send it back as it came out cold. While we were still having the main, a different server dumped the desserts at the table without forks so we asked the bus attendant for some new ones. Took a while for the check to appear and originally was going to pay with a card but the waitress was MIA again so luckily I had the cash to settle and left the money on the table. She came back as we were heading out. We had about 5 minutes to make the show even though we noted we were attending a show in the reservation and when we checked in.
Food and service were excellent!
A very nice place to take your family for a special occasion or to experience Greek Cuisine for the first time! We truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service.
The food was very good, and the wait staff’s recommendations were equally well suited.
I grew up with Greek food. Estia puts their own spin on this Mediterranean cuisine that is fresh and modern, yet keeps the rich essence of the dishes. You'll never have a better and fresher Greek salad! The calamari appetizer is insanely delicious, and try the moussaka for some rich comfort food.
Absolutely everything was delicious
Our party had a wonderful time on Saturday night... everything was great. Its funny you ask about the noise level... we absolutely notice how difficult it was to hear in the restaurant, we mentioned it several time during dinner. not sure if there could be a sound absorbing material added to help with this issue.
Great good and excellent value on Pre-Theater menu
Everything was tasty. Never a bad meal!
Our server Malea was outstanding and did a wonderful job of promoting the different dishes and wine
Pricy but excellent !!! Service food and athmosphere is great
Incredible experience! The service, drinks and food were all amazing.
Excellent pre-theatre dinner. Service was exceptional, polite, prompt, and attentive. Good was fresh and flavorful. Excellent start to our evening. Love the pre-theatre menu.
Usually love this place and can be in-and-out for a quick, well-prepared and super tasty (though not economical) meal. Not sure exactly what happened but had a lousy server experience. We were there for nearly an hour and finally flagged the (overwhelmed) server down to ask for our entrees to go. When I got the bill, there are additional items on it we had not ordered. Not great. As I say, usually have had a pleasant and positive experience. Perhaps an anomaly? The food I ate back in the office was delicious, for the record.
