From the OpenTable editors: When James Beard-nominated chef James Trees opened Esther’s Kitchen in 2018, he helped put the Arts District on the city’s culinary map. Now in a stylish new space with an open kitchen and whimsical animal wallpaper, the refined Italian spot still turns out the same wood-fired sourdough pizzas and knockout pastas (get the rigatoni carbonara with snap peas) that made it an instant Vegas classic.

    Service was excellent. There are many servers per customer with their unique jobs which were done well. We enjoyed Daphne as our server who provided recommendations and was timely with her check-ins. Food was so cool. We started with “Chef’s spread with all of the things”sourdough bread with 10 different condiment spreads. It was a meal in itself and went well with the chopped salad which was larger than one would expect and great for sharing. I had the crab pasta and my partner had pork cheek on polenta which was so tender and succulent with a nice crispy skin. We enjoy the Le Volte wine which was subtle to complement the smooth food flavors. We will be back when we return to LV.

    What a wonderful place to dine. Great food . Had the Branzino so good. Sourdough with anchovy butter yummy! Cocktails as well the hot and juicy and a shot of love sooo good. And to top it all off the Budino for dessert amazing! Worth the $$!!

    This place!!! I can’t say enough good things about it. The cocktails are amazing and wine was good. The sourdough starter with the spreads are fantastic. But, the mussels were reminiscent of baked clams but better. We are in love. I would drive back to Vegas just for that meal and order two orders of mussels! Thank you!!

    What a great experience we had last night celebrating birthday. Started upstairs with fun cocktails and had an excellent meal after cocktail time. Food was delicious, service was exceptional. We definitely recommend it and be back ourselves soon.
