The food here was unremarkable. The ambiance of the restaurant was fine, but the gaudy decorations of the hotel you have to pass through to get to Esterel clashed

No kidding I generally don’t go out to dinner and order a hamburger but the Wagyu burger was the best I’ve ever had! The menu is very good and very reasonably priced. The food was high quality, and the value is exceptional.

As an appetizer I had what was described as sweet potato fries. It was indeed fried sweet potatoes but they were very greasy and accompanied by incredibly salty fried onions which were deep fried to a point were they tasted like salty paper. The lamb chops were over cooked and not seasoned very well. Overall very disappointing food and in no way resembling French cuisine.

Great bartender and service. Just had a quick bite and it was pretty good. Loved the social atmosphere. Great for groups and before or after concerts at the Crypto Center.

Absolute worst service I’ve had in a long time. We arrived at 5 and were the only customers in the entire restaurant until we left - it took 53 minutes to get a burger and short rib fries. Our server never offered us water refills - my boyfriend had to get up and go to the hostess stand and get our water himself because there were no employees on the entire restaurant floor - nor did she ask us how our meals were at any point. We also had to ask for our check because once our meals were dropped off we were never attended to again. I’d like to reiterate we were the only customers in the restaurant.

The ambiance was amazing and laid back. The food was also delicious. Thank you to all the staff that helped me organize the birthday surprise for my lady, especially Sofia! She was kind and really professional.

Went for Easter brunch. Reserved weeks in advance to get a garden table but when we arrived they couldn’t say how long the wait for the garden would be. Took a table on the back patio where there was a lot of street noise including sirens. Had to wait a while to see a server and had to keep checking on orders. Service was friendly but chaotic. Repeatedly offered food we didn’t order. Food was delicious.

Had a reservation. The host had us wait 30 min to show us to our table, which was set for 4 after we showed up as a party of 5. Had to wait longer for another table, which was indoors after we asked for patio. Multiple servers came to our table to take our orders with out writing anything down. Each one made mistakes. They kept bringing us items we did not order and simply would say, "I'll just leave this here anyways, feel welcome to enjoy this." On top of that, drinks and food was luke warm and not appetizing. To boot, they automatically added a 20% tip. One server had stains all over his shirt & also sat down next to us to have drinks with personal friends who showed up & got seated immediately. If you're considering spending money on a nice meal, I'd recommend going across the street to Norm's. Even that would be 1000% better than Le Jardin @ Riviera 31.

Poor planning. Reservations did not work. Poor organization. Our server Mathew was excellent. Rocky start but worked out. Need to set a time for the guest. No one wanted to leave so they sat there way over 3 hours and the reservation s got backed up. No one left on the patio and that’s the main reason I booked my reservation. The manager was useless with no regard to customer service. Terrible!

The servers could not have been nicer but the restaurant was understaffed. Our reservation for the patio was not honored, as they had apparently overbooked. The food was of inconsistent quality. The music was so loud it was hard to hear the server and place an order, let alone talk to each other. I would not go back.

Had reservations for Easter brunch but clearly staff was not equipped to handle the crowd. First off, they have very limited patio seating (mine was not honored) and we had to flag down server every time we had a question or needed service. Do not recommend for brunch or holidays.

Very good experience- the outdoor area is beautiful. However they were prepping for a private party and circling our area so it ruined the vibe a bit. The food was excellent and servers were lovely. It is beautifully decorated and surprisingly nice for a ground floor area.

Very disappointed reserved for the restaurant but had dinner instead at the coffee shop of the hotel adjacent to the Jardin because there was a private party in the restaurant!!! We should have been notified actual restaurant was closed for a private event . Food was very ordinary and expensive considering the quality and portion .

they don't have a clear description for the place, when you read what they have online you think you will have the best time there, nut reservations are only for the boring restaurants that closes at 10, and the bar was open but was empty till 10 pm, with weird music by the DJ, never going back!!

Food was amazing, our waitress was really sweet. But, I came for the patio I had seen on social media which was not open. The lounge had a gauche, unrefined theme with red velvet furniture in a weirdly large room. Maybe 15 people were there on a Friday at 9 PM. DJ was very teen-like, should’ve been more lounge / house music. Overall, it was a 2 star experience, very boring but I really enjoyed the carnitas bao, the fries, and the wagyu burger.

I made a reservation because I was interested in attending their live Jazz event. I misunderstood the seating for the event vs the table reservations for their dine in. I was able to get clarity from someone who worked at the bar. He even got the manager for me. However, when talking to a gentleman who worked at the bar I was very much offended. He was very condescending, rude and even put his finger up at me ordering me to listen to him. There was no disagreement or issue. This man was just extremely rude. I noticed his inappropriate tone and gesture , as well as my partner. Even his co worker noticed that his tone was unnecessary. It was a very uncomfortable transaction especially since there was nothing that warranted this guy’s tone. Despite being assisted I was so turned off I didn’t even bother to stay for the jazz event or my reservation. I’ll never be returning. I look pretty young and I feel like he assumed I was younger than I am and that he could just be rude without warrant. I was treated like I didn’t need to be there. Not sure if it was because I’m a woman, black or if that man was having a rough day. Never put your finger up at a woman and demand she listen to what your saying. Especially in situation where we are just talking about table reservations. There was no issue on my end. I was just a patron trying to enjoy my birthday celebration that I had to just end because I was so upset at how I was treated. Le Jardin- Train you staff to have better customer service.

We had a server named Farrah who was great all around, the food however, was subpar. Everything we ordered wasn’t seasoned. It made for a beautiful Instagram photo but tasted like nothing. The goods we had that we were disappointed with are the chicken and waffles, breakfast tacos, and the breakfast burrito.

I reserved a spot for 6 people for my bday. I chose this place because of the nice ambiance due to the plants and flowers. When we got there, the place was empty and we were seated to a remote empty seatings it felt so underwhelming.
