Unfortunately Celia and Elaine, the Manager and Maitre’d made it a very unpleasant experience. We were given a 7:45 reservation, yet kitchen closed at 9, so we were rushed through our dinner. When we questioned this we were told by manager we should have read the fine print that disclosed kitchen closed early. In the middle of our dinner they proceeded to turn the lights on in the restaurant and start cleaning up around us. Never did I expect this kind of experience at an Estefan restaurant. I have been to their restaurant in Miami and it was always an amazing experience. Our waiter, Hakim was the only one who really tried to make things better. We go out dinning a lot and this was by far the most unpleasant experience for a restaurant of this caliber. So disappointing.

We found this restaurant when we were in the area last year and we loved it, so we returned and once again, such a wonderful time. Food was excellent, service was as well, and the atmosphere is just always fun. Tony always comes over and welcomes us, checks on us throughout our time there, and thanks us for coming before we leave. He makes us feel like we are old friends. This will definitely be a stop for us every time we’re in the area.

The manager was very rude, the hostess don’t communicate anything. Left me and my party sitting and waiting for about a hour before my sister has to go and say something. The food was salty had to be sent back, my drink had a lot of alcohol in it, had to send it back. The band sings every like 15 minutes and then takes a break. Wait time for food was not that long. Won’t be coming back not recommending to any of my friends.

Like going to a Cuban night club, with food and drink an added plus. You're paying for the name, but the live entertainment makes it worth the price. Not the largest portions I've come to expect from a Cuban restaurant, but still worth it. Complimentary valet parking another added bonus. Tony, the manager, makes sure everything is going well and appears to really care about his customers. Worth the trip to the far side of the Disney World complex.

We went to celebrate my Birthday. It was Friday night. I haven’t been out after dark since Covid. It was very surprising to see soooooo many people. Of course it was also st Patrick’s day so even more folks were out. The restaurant was very crowed, but we had a reservation and were seated quickly. The noise level was loud but not annoying because of so many folks. I was praying for live music and was not disappointed. Music was great. Our server, Yusnel P was very sweet and very attentive. Food was delicious. Overall we had a great experience! Thank you!

The service was amazing! Got to meet the managers Tony who was very pleasant. Our waitress Maria was awesome! She was polite, funny and made the evening a pleasant experience. The music was great and just the overall ambience of the restaurant is very energetic. Kids and adults were both dancing and singing. The food was on point!!! Very generous portions and delicious!!

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was great and the restaurant staff went out of their way to treat us like family. We have come here several times and it’s always been the same kind of experience. We went away happy, with full bellies, feeling like we just left a fun family gathering.

Our experience was amazing!! For the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service, food, band, and ambience were super!! I must say that although the music was great, the high volumen made it difficult for conversation. Other than that, our experience was one we’ll be sharing with our friends and family for a long time! I know we’ll be dinning at Estefan Kitchen next time we visit Orlando!! Absolutely love this place!! The staff was excellent and very attentive. We had dinner and absolutely loved the Churrasco!! After dinner we moved to the bar. The bartenders are absolutely amazing !! They work quick and accurate. The environment was awesome! We danced and had a great time. The music was a good variety of Latin music.

Food was amazing. Placed right next to the percussion player. We asked to move because of the noise level. They said there wasn’t any space. For our entire meal there were about 10 open tables.

Took the kids there since they had never been while visiting Florida. Food was great, no one was disappointed! Tony as always greeted the 6 of us as though we’re family! Great ambiance and energy! We also like to hear Frankie entertain! Can’t wait to go back! The steaks were delicious!!

This place is high energy. If you love music and upbeat atmosphere this is the place to go. The food is authentic Cuban very good! For those that missed Bongos from Disney days this will take you right back to those wonderful memories.
