Fantástico Restaurante y buen ambiente con música en directo
Servicio muy amable y buena comida
Overall amazing food and outstanding service and customer care
This is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance and entertainment. With that being said, the service was mediocre and the food was okay. The guava and cheese dessert was weird. I don’t think I will be back.
Loved the restaurant, so elegant and food was so good! Well worth it!
Lunch at Estefan’s Kitchen is a delight. It isn’t too crowded so you can easily converse with each other. Each of us selected something different from the luncheon menu. All were outstanding. The price is reasonable and the service, excellent. We’ll. E back.
El ambiente muy bueno. La música en vivo excelente. Es un lugar fabuloso para celebrar.
Love this place, the food, the service, the music. There is however something which puts me off every time I go (and probably the reason I don’t go more often). The air conditioning set up / distribution is horrible. There are points in the restaurant where you cannot stay without catching a cold or navigating through the meal freezing.
I encourage the patrons to have a serious look at this... sad to leave such delicious food with a poor aftertaste
Horrible service, food cold 2 hours to get 1 drink
Super fun live music, delicious food and drink.
A nice place to have dinner. We had a wonderful time. Natillas and lechón are outstanding meals. When the pay time has come they said they couldn’t charge our dinner and we had to find an ATM which was a bit far. WAiter never said “sorry” and never explained why they couldn’t charge on our credit card.
Excellent services, dinner, and price! We love this place!
A great disappointment. Room was extremely loud, appointments were shabby and in questionable taste. Take set with dirty plate. Ceviche was excellent. Mains were lacluster
It was lunch time on the Friday after Christmas. The Open Table reservation said there was only a five minute grace period. We got there and the place was empty. While we eat six more people came.
The food was boring. I guess you only come here to drink when they have entertainment.
Next time we are near by we are going upstairs to the St. Roch food court where there was a crowd and the offerings looked much more interesting.
Llegamos a las 3, nos sirvieron a las 5:45; éramos la única mesa
La comida la sirvieron tarde y fria
No regrezamos ni recomendamos el rest
Vaca frita and ceviche were enjoyable. Other items were pretty forgettable. Service was inconsistent - friendly but not super helpful and had to work hard to get attention. Overall not a terrible meal but we won’t likely head back.
Cuban food as good as it gets with a highly trained staff.
OMG this was the most liveliest dinner I’ve ever had in life. We participated in a Congo line while waiting for our food. The vibe, the energy, The band, the food, the people. All amazing. I will definitely visit my next trip to Miami!
This was a special occasion, I wanted to see Jennifer Holiday perform... so it was a dinner concert. Asides from the performance the staff was exceptional and thanks to Estefan Kitchen for concert series.
Celebrated a birthday, we had the whole fried snapper which was AMAZING! also the vaca frita and creole shrimp. Not only was the food and ambiance great, the staff and service was superb. Would definitely recommend.
Food was above average although portions were small. Great music and ambiance, a little loud to talk. Would go back.
Great experience and was lucky enough to see Gloria and Emilio Estefan. Both were very hospitable with their patrons taking pictures with whoever asked.
Saludos. Mario
The food was outstanding, and we really enjoyed the live music with Willie Panama. I do feel they could improve on a few things though:
1)We are not from Miami, and our Uber driver tried to drop us off at place that had no sign that we were in the right place. We spent a good 15 minutes driving, then walking the area to find the restaurant tucked into an outdoor mall area. That was really stressful.
2)I was called and offered a seat near the band, that sounded great, but we were next to the kitchen with only a foot on either side and had servers carrying food on either side over our heads all night, hardly the ambiance one wants when enjoying fine dining.
Thank you for Gloria and Emilio for creating this type of restaurant..it has the Latin flavor in the food and ambiance. Very elegant and open concept...very warm and welcoming.
We have tried both this one at the Design Center and the one at Vero Beach...we like both! Congratulations!
BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD. This place is amazing. Service was great and food came out super fast. But the best part was the AMAZING food. Best food I’ve ever had, not even joking.
Excellent food. The flatbread was really good with plantains and the croquetes were delish as well.
Loved the carne asada with yuca!
Restuarant was very loud.
Visited Bongo's several times over the years both in Miami and in Orlando and always have loved eating there. We were excited to try their new venture in this new area of Miami. The restaurant has a lovely only Miami vibe to it. Loved the inside and outdoor bar. We were surprised to see live music on a Sunday but they were very good, just a little too loud for us which was a party of 8, to have conversations at times. The drinks and food were all tasty and fantastic. The only thing that was lagging a bit was the service. For a quiet as the place was we had to wave the server down each time for anything. But aside from that, everything else was terrific and we will definitely recommend it and eat here again
We've been before this time we had bad service the manager was nice it got handled
Restaurant is located toney design district, you'll pass the like of harry winston and armani shops walking in. Decor and ambiance is classic miami - art deco, pulsating music and lots of beautiful people. Live cuban music on the weekends. The food ranged from ok to outstanding. My wife loved the mashed yucca, the empanadas were the best i've eaten. My flank steak entre' was slightly overcooked, as was the lobster in my wife's seafood medley. But the service was professional and the cost was about $90 a seat for drinks throughout and meals from appetizers to desserts, not too bad for this location and name.
Delicious food in a stylish setting. Not very busy, so feels a bit dry.
It was my birthday and my husband wanted us to go to dinner and I must say it was truly a great experience. Food was delicious and service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely return for a date night.
We ONLY come here for the food. The service is absolutely terrible. We have been here many times and like I said ONLY for the food. The service sucks. And the worse part is you pay for the bad service because gratuity is automatically included in your bill.
Nothing memorable. Expensive for what I got
All was great but very loud if you want to have a conversation
Enjoyed everything, food was delicious, nice ambience and service. Wines were reasonably priced but would have liked more choices of Spanish wines. I wish the music wasn’t so loud as we were reconnecting with old friends and would have loved to hear conversations at the table.
Maravilloso el Servicio y la Comida Súper Especial!Recomendare el Sitio con mucho placer!
Absolutely incredible. Delicious food, great wine selection, and fantastic service. The risotto was excellent. We can’t wait to come back next time we visit!
