We had a wonderful evening.
Food was under seasoned. Service was slow.
the food was so unacceptable for the valentine’s day pricing. i feel like i was robbed. each dish lacked flavor and the portions were so small. how dare you upcharge at that level just for a holiday? also we dined there for 3 hours, not because we wanted to but because service was so slow. we waited a full hour just for dessert. your establishment should be ashamed.
We went for vday w our teenage children. Our server was nice but not very good. Wrong drinks were delivered, wrong entrees were delivered.....slow slow service. Food was.....eh. It was a prix fix menu.....all the food seemed pre-cooked. Salmon was not very warm, dry and somewhat ‘hard’ , the rice w the dish was not your typical good jasmin sticky rice.....hard and cold. The veggie dish was great and lots of options. I would not recommend nor will we be returning to this restaurant our next trip to LA.
Good Vals dinner
Estate is a restaurant of choice for special occasions. The food is great and the Miso Black Cod is a must. The wine list is very good as is the service. We'll return soon.
ENJOYED THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD. NICE SURROUNDINGS
The food was excellent and the perk of going early was that we had the dining room to ourselves and it was nice and quiet
Maitre D extraordinaire Robert made our first experience outstanding.
Awesome service by Nate. We ordered food off the regular menu as well as their dineLA menu. Great food at a reasonable price!
Estate's DineLA menu is excellent. Quality of the food was great with large portions. The salmon was crispy outside and tender inside. My husband had the steak which was cooked just right. We highly recommend for date night and special occasions.
Wonderful food service and drinks.
I have eaten here twice now and would highly recommend this restaurant
Estate has excellent food, great service and a very nice ambiance. It feels like you are sitting in a very nice living room, with large comfy couches and beautiful wood work. I came here for Dine-LA and feel like I found a new place I want to return to again in the near future. Highly recommend!
Nice restaurant, very friendly workers and waiters, exceptional food !! Thanks for the experience, we will return without a doubt !!!
My daughter and I dined at Estate for the first time a few nights ago. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, the service was impeccable, the drinks were amazing and the food was pretty good. Drinks, my daughter had the silk flower and I had the aniversario. Both were fabulous in their own ways. My daughter likes sweet but complex and I like smoky or spicy and these drinks did not disappoint. Appetizers, do not miss out on the brussel sprouts and sweet potato. They were very flavorful and roasted to perfection. We also had the farmer's market flatbread. That was just okay- lacking a bit of flavor but the veggies were all fresh and cooked well. Dinner, I had the lobster fettuccine. The lobster was cooked perfectly and was delicious, the sauce was lackluster at best. My daughter had the filet. I don't eat red meat so I didn't try it but she said it was really delicious. I will definitely go back again. They have a great menu and there is more that I want to try!
Amazing dining on Christmas Eve! Yum!
Great ambiance and service.
This was our first visit to Estate. We went for our 29th anniversary. The service and ambiance were perfect (as a sever Nathaniel was wonderful). The food was good, but not outstanding. The *cocktails* on the other hand were absolutely FABULOUS. We will most definitely be back — for drinks and apps
I feel like this place has gone downhill. We ordered the hummus with crudites and it came with a couple celery stick, carrots, 1 radish and a couple pieces of jicama. zero presentation. Zero vegetable creativity. We ordered then a side of flatbread bu it was just pita out of a package. Food was just average. I won't be going back.
Great service and great atmosphere.
I was familiar with this location as a Sports Bar/restaurant. I am very impressed with the new incarnation. The food, ambience and service were all excellent. I especially enjoyed my Salmon dish.
Our group of six (a last minute addition of one person was easily accommodated by the restaurant) was very well pleased with the food and staff interactions. The bartender was friendly and attentive in just the right way, our waiter was excellent and answered questions easily and knowledgeably. The appetizers were interesting and delicious. As for meals, I had the special, a seafood paella that was outstanding. Another guest ordered the lamb chops and raved about them. The wait staff was attentive but not intrusive (a pet peeve of the entire group at our regular gatherings and we were charmed with our service at Estate). It was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
Great, love the food and the ambiance! Service was amazing , as always!!
It was a really fun evening. We had a round table for 6 and it was festive without being too loud.
Enjoyable food. Quieter atmosphere than most (hooray!). Will try it a second time.
Everything was great!
Always good, solid food. Great craft cocktails. Good wine list and service.
I don’t hear a lot about this spot, but the food and drinks are always on point! This is the spot you can go to for a date, special occasion, or basically any time for a good meal. Check out their happy hour as well!
We love the overall friendly, elegant atmosphere. The food is outstanding!
We will return again and again! At the top of our list!
Always consistently excellent. Creative menu, fabulous Chef, our favorite server with clever personality, imaginative cocktails, unique ambiance, what more can you ask for in a dining experience. We and our friends all plan to keep returning.
Very nice decor and cozy. Comfortable and inviting. Food was excellent, everyone in our party really enjoyed their meals. Service was a little slow at first but very friendly staff. Probably the best pork chop I have had. It was delicious.
Great server. Ambitious menu. But food was mostly bland. Paella was huge, but no character. I hope they up their culinary game.
Great service and ambiance! The food was good but nothing that will make me want to come back. Although the Pad Thai was outstanding! The menu needs to be tweaked.
Beautiful dining experience, consistently good American food with an Asian flair.
We had a lovely time.
Jam, our server was delightful and attentive.
We shared a bunch of small plates.
Wavy meatballs, Brussels sprouts with sweet potatoes, fried rice, ribs...Each was delicious but probably overpriced for what you get. I’d still go again. It’s more about the experience. The drinks were amazing. We had the ginger pear margarita (minus the agave syrup) without salt rim. I highly recommend this place.
We love Estate. My husband and I had our wedding reception there 2 years ago and recently returned to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and the staff is lovely. I would definitely recommend Estate for a nice romantic dinner or even a group dinner with friends.
I like this place. The host was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We were seated in the main dining room. The place looks stylish. The food was good. Overall a nice experience
the service was excellent ! Our server was so nice and accomodating.
