    Great experience! We were worried that we wouldn't get much of a selection because we were the 3rd table in the restaurant on a Sunday at 5 p.m. However, the gauchos came over with a variety of meats. The server, Stephanie was great and kept refilling our waters and giving us fresh plates. The gauchos also took requests when we were passing by on certain meats. The pineapple was phenomenal. To finish off the meal, the manager came over and thanked us for picking their restaurant over many others in Charlotte. We would definitely go back when visiting the area again.

    Food was excellent. Jessica, our server, was friendly and attentive. Would go again.

    Glad we went, will go again, and would recommend. Food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Meat was well seasoned and well cooked. Chicken thighs and ribeye were very flavorful, flank steak was also very good. Meat was cooked medium well to well done. Other meats and temperature were available when requested. Salad bar options were varied, with good selections of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. Table served polenta, cheese bread, and potato puree were good. It was a bit pricey, but worth it.

    Celebrated my birthday at this fine, upscale establishment! I am never disappointed with the service and food. Just a great dining experience all around.

    Lastimosamente esta vez la carne no se sentía fresca y no tenía buen sabor. El Filet Mignon con tocineta tenía un olor a pasado, el Tomahawk estaba extremadamente grasoso. Sólo se salva la piquaña y el chorizo. De resto, no valió la pena la inversión.

    We are repeat customers who appreciate the place perfect for family filling ourselves with delicious options and enjoying great conversation . Some say it’s pricey but I disagree. You’re definitely getting excellent food service and ambience. Just keep in mind No one place is perfect

    Wonderful service, great food, with special attention to anything the folks at the table wanted specifically. Really nice staff that were super friendly, fun and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for us. My wife and kids enjoyed this meal more than any other outing this year.
