Chef Sean Bernal is amazing! The food was fantastic.
Thanks for the review! We are so glad about our chef. We look forward to inviting you back & having you visiting with us again. See you soon! Juan
They CHARGE for TAP WATER without disclosing it when they offer it to you. They also add 18% to the bill and then ask for a tip when they give you the machine to charge. I find these practices unethical so I can’t give them a good review. Sorry.
Great smoked Brisket. Edy good salmon. Needs to add mashed potatoes to sides. And their was NO broccoli available
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Glad that you enjoyed our food. Your comments are very important for us. We hope that you'll visit us again soon. Best Juan
Overall it was a good experience. Here are the key takeaways. Food: We had pork BBQ buns and Thai lemongrass chicken, it was very good. We had the skirt steak and papaya salad and it was fair. Skirt steak had a rubbery texture, probably because it had not been thawed out properly and the papaya salad was just horrible. Drinks were good but priced accordingly to Brickell....high! Reservation and seating: We easily got a reservation and were seated immediately, which was great! Ambiance: There was a DJ spinning in the corner on the balcony and we were far enough away were we could hear the music and still have a conversation. Depending on where you were sitting, conversation would have not been possible with the music so loud. There is also a cute area in the back of the restaurant with great city views, although most people were seated on the balcony area near the DJ. Service: The service we found to be satisfactory. As I received the bill, I noticed a $1 charge for filtered water. I actually would not have minded paying the $1 but no one had told us about it. I asked the manager to take off the $1 and he did in addition to comping our $9 dessert (which was also good). Overall, I would go again but not for awhile. I do wonder if the restaurant will make it long term. With the other restaurants on level 4 at Brickell City Centre, they have stiff competition.

We strive to always offer a special experience. We hope that you allow us another chance. We hope to welcome you soon. Best Regards Juan
The decor and ambience is exotic - a blend of modern and traditional. The service was a bit rushed and impersonal . We had the Thai brisket which was very moist and flavorful ... The pad Thai was too sticky and intense. The portions are very generous and for family style dining.
The Spring rolls are a nice appetizer !
Thank you for visiting us. We truly appreciate your feedback so that we may improve our service. Again, Thank you for choosing Est.33 and hope to see you again soon. Best Juan
This was my second time coming to EST.33, my first time hadn't been the best due to the service; however, the manager made it up for us so I decided to give it a second chance with another group of friends. Again, our reservation was super easy to make and we were sit right away. We were celebrating a birthday so I made sure to let the waiter know as soon as we sit. Our waiter was nice and took our order. We were there again for happy hour, to my surprised the happy hour had changed in a week. This time, it was still 2x1 cocktail, beer or wine but you couldn't mix within your drinks. Meaning that if you order one drink, your second drink had to be exactly the same drink. However, this time they had some 2x1 bites, which was amazing! within the bites they had a bun, salmon stick, corn or the chicken wings. This time again, I ordered the Malakor cocktail because the blend of tequila and mezcal is so well done. We started with the mushroom spring rolls and order one of each bites from the 2x1. The food got to our table super quick but 10 min after we realized there was no sign of our drinks and we couldn't see our waiter. Another waitress assisted us and we were replacing the drinks order with her for our waiter to finally appear and said our drinks were on the making. However, it took another 10 min for our drinks to make it to the table...a total of 20 min for 4 drinks and the restaurant was only 20% full. After, we ordered the vegetarian fried rice, the grilled mushrooms and beef brisket. For the second round of 2x1, the service was not good again. We couldn't find our server, until we realized he was having a meeting with managing but never told us. So a third waiter introduced to us and then the manager passed by and one more time we complained about the mess of the service. He gave us a discount but still, they really need to work on the service. They need at least 4-5 waiters and more people at the bar, if not service will always be a mess.
Beautiful spot, would recommend
Thank you very much for your review and recommendation; really we appreciate; We hope you come back soon; Best Juan

Thank you very much for your review! Is Nice to know that you enjoy our food and beers; We hope to see you soon; Best Juan
I've been so curious about EST.33 since it's located in Brickell City Center and just across the famous Tacology. I made a reservation for Happy Hour, I have read in an article, they had a really good happy hour of 2x1 from 4-7pm including wine, beer, cocktail and food. Our reservation was made super quick and we were sit right away. The hostess asked us if it was our first time there and gave us a tour around the restaurant and the brewery part of it which I personally loved!
Once we got sit, our waitress came over and took our orders. We were a party of 4 people, we ordered the mushroom spring rolls and the red curry crab croquettes to start. As for the drinks, we started with the Malakore and some wine. The food wasn't 2x1, only the drinks were 2x1 but I loved the fact that you can mix it within the same type, so you could mix within your cocktail, or within your wine or beers.
Our drinks took a while to come but the food was quick. When we ordered the second round of 2x1, that's when the mess started because there was only one waitress who was training another one but she wasn't able to take our orders so it was only one person taking order in all the outdoor area.
While the happy hour was coming to an end, we were still missing orders our second rounds of 2x1; however, the manager came to our table to check how everything was going and he was really understanding of how slow the service was going. Christian, the manager, told us not to worry and he granted all our pending drinks (which we ordered during happy hour), even thought happy hour was over. Also, he offered us a free dessert so he made it up for the whole delay situation with the drinks. Overall, it was a good experience because food was delicious, it's a great happy hour deal and the manager is around checking that the guests are having a good time.
Very overpriced, salmon was burnt, bad service (waiter not attending to us was better than our waiter)…won’t be back.
Thank you for you review. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as constructive tool. We are always looking to improve. We hope that you will give us another chance to prove ourselves. We hope to see you again soon. Hope you have a great day! Best Juan
10 out of 10!
Thanks for your review! We hope you can visit us soon; Best Juan
Food was great, good drinks, service was hit or miss - everyone was nice but it was either slow or non existent at times. I'd still recommed.
Thank you for your review. We hope that you will visit with us again. We worked every day to improve on our service therefore we will make sure that your comments are addressed. We hope to see you again soon. Stay Safe, Juan
My mind has been blown. I was not expecting this lunch to be THIS good. My co-workers and I went to take advantage of the Miami Spice menu and to start with, the selection is pretty ample. We each had a different app as well as entrees. They where all delicious and great portions as well.
Beware of the papaya salada, its spicy. But the flavors very authentic, definitely worthy.
Also, keep in mind that they have $10 unlimited beer as part of the menu, which makes it super easy to try different their draft selections.
We will definitely be coming back
What a great review! Thank you so much for taking the time to write about us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit at Est.33. We hope to see you again soon. Best Juan
The food is good—Standard Tai food. Consider the location; the price point is acceptable. However, the service is the issue. The waitress who served us was not friendly at all. I feel like she has an attitude against us. Because of this, the overall experience is not that pleasant.

Great Value, Excellent food, and on point service. The Brisket was one of the best I've ever had. Well Done.
Thanks for the amazing review! So glad you enjoyed the Brisket. See you soon! Best, Juan
Food was great but service was terrible! Had to remind waiter for drinks constantly. 20 min for a soda refill, 30 min to get dessert and another 30 min for the bill.

Frederico made sure that we enjoyed our entire time there, Natee was amazingly accommodating and helpful with our visit. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis!!
Thanks for the amazing review! So glad you enjoyed your dine with us and the staff. See you soon! Best, Juan
I was expecting a more “brewery” ambiance and maybe more testing options because that was the reason why we went there. Not kids friendly at all.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and always work to ensure our guests complete satisfaction. I'm very sorry that your experience was less than expected. We would like another chance to make it up to you. Feel free to reach out to me anytime. 305-878-4666. We hope to see you again soon. Best, Juan
Delicious original thai food with a twist of american influence
Thank you for this great review... we look forward to see you again soon! Best Juan
Too noisy. Beer was mediocre at best. Would not likely return.

Fun place to be, food was good, most dishes and drinks reasonably priced.

They recently started a daily happy hour from 3pm-7pm, so we wanted to check it out. So happy that we did, the food was fantastic and our server, Rich, was amazing. Super friendly and attentive, great service. Looking forward to dining there again soon!
Thank you for this great review! So glad that we could satisfy your expectations!. Hope to see you soon Best, Juan.
This was our second visit and we have to say it was even better than the first (which was really good!). Great ambiance and atmosphere. There were three of us and we shared a bunch of different plates. First was the Crab Red Curry Croquettes. Ah-mazing! A must try if you visit. Then we had the Mushroom Spring Rolls. They were fine but not nearly as delicious as everything else. We had the Shrimp and Pork Dumplings....we could have eaten 100 of these because they were so delicious. We also had the Steak Skewers. Also delicious but a little small. Only 2 skewers but still tasty. Next on the table was the Chicken Pad Thai. It was good, it's Pad Thai. Last food item we had was the Thai Spiced Brisket....wow! Melt in your mouth. Comes with some bao buns and it was one of our favorite things. Beers were good too. We wish they had Singha on tap but their brewed in house beers are great too. We had Legend Lager and it was a nice addition to our meal. I highly recommend EST.33! We will be back.
Thank you so much for your review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed your visit at Est.33. We hope to see you again soon.
EST is clearly having issues with staffing shortages as the service was slow. Our waitstaff had numerous tables. That being said, the manager could have done more to observe when his waitstaff needed assistance.
We have gone several time and The food is excellent.

The food took extremely long and the place was pretty empty in regards of customers. The food was okay, it all came out at different times, so our party ate separately. The restaurant seemed very under staff.
Miami Spice menu was a bit sub par. Great pad Thai but the appetizers were underwhelming.
Had lunch here with two colleagues and took advantage of the Miami Spice menu. The restaurant is really lovely and the setting in City Centre is fabulous. The food was good, but not as special as I'd expected for the menu and general price points. We were the first diners of the day, so perhaps they weren't in their groove yet. I'd give it another try, or perhaps come for cocktails and light bites to enjoy the atmosphere.
What an amazing addition to BCC excelent!
Excellent food, amazing green curry sauce, salads were also fresh and very tasty. The lobster in green curry sauce was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive service - a rarity here in Miami these days it seems!
Our reservation was towards the end of the night. We felt rushed, everyone was cleaning and picking up things. It wasn’t a relaxing experience. Our waiter wasn’t the most pleasant either, I asked if he spoke Spanish because my parents do not speak English ( and also because in Miami everyone has spoken Spanish to us every time we go anywhere and clearly he was of Latin descent) and he was not happy about my question. He just wasn’t nice. The food was just okay and they forgot one of our orders. I wouldn’t go back nor recommend.
Food was cold and not flavorful. Service was slow. Drinks were trash
Great service and food, authentic Thai. Craft beers were excellent!
We went there to watch the final of Copa America, screens were off and the restaurants around would know what happened before us. Food was good though
The food was absolutely amazing!!! The ambiance was beautiful and the our waiter she was phenomenal. She truly made our experience as fantastic as it was. It was our first time there and she provided great recommendations for my date and I. Not only did she provide us with recommendations but her commentary and her little hand was hilarious. The Pad Thai was great. Beef Jerky was finger licking good. The beer was sooo good as well. My date especially loved the service she received. She has a “10 min rule” “if she’s not seen by a waiter in 10min she leaves” 🙄 it’s not fun but her rules 🤷🏾♂️ however as soon as we sat we were seen by a waiter and she was phenomenal. We unfortunately forgot her name but she works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Tapas style, great food excellent service..will definitely go back soon!!
I took my cousin and her husband who loves Thai food and he loved it. He was surprised that a restaurant would not only have an excellent variety and every item ordered was cooked in the traditional manner. Highly recommend the Brisquet, the Mushrooms, their variety of salads. Too many items to mention. Selection of wines is very good and not overpriced. Out server Federico was excellent and guided us through the menu answering all our questions.
My Time @ Est. 33 Was Beyond Exemplary; Oriah Was Our Incredible Waitress. The food was prepared and served with the utmost care, and concern. Can't Wait To Return ! ! ! ! !
