The food was decent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Throughout the evening, our server repeatedly brought the wrong food and drinks to several people at our table, creating confusion and delays. To make matters worse, the bills were incorrect and had to be adjusted multiple times. The environment didn’t help either as the restaurant was very hot, with no noticeable airflow. I happened to be seated near the thermostat, which was reading 81°F (about 27°C), making the dining experience quite uncomfortable. While the kitchen has potential, the lack of attention to service and climate control made it difficult to enjoy the evening.

A very busy night for the Summerlicious. Service was acceptable. I think the AC was not working which was a big problem. Food was okay, nothing wrong but nothing WOW. Got burrata caviar, octopus, short ribs, lobster ravioli, cream brûlée cheesecake and chocolate cake with my friend. The short ribs had perfect texture but the flavor was hard to describe. Will not recommend the ravioli. The others are good as expected.

My wife and I each enjoyed our appetizer, main course and dessert very much, as each had very interesting and enjoyable tastes for the palette! The service was timely and very pleasant, with menu recommendations that turned out to be absolutely correct.

It was generally a pleasant experience. Years ago, pre-COVID, I have dined here before. This restaurant is under new ownership. We visited for Sunmerlicious 2025, $75 per person for Dinner. Portion sizes were fairly big. Quite happy with the taste of the food. Personally, not a huge fan of banana flavored ice cream, but the banana gelato was not bad. We tried the Burrata Caviar / Foie Gras as appetizers, the Braised Beef Ribs as our entree, and Crème Brûlée cheesecake / chocolate cake for dessert. The appetizers were surprisingly delicious. The beef rib was nicely cooked and flavorful. The issue I had was that, my initial plate of beef ribs… had a HAIR sitting on the sauce next to the braised ribs. I brought it to the attention of a waitress who apologized, brought it in to be remade. The remade entree came rather promptly and was delicious with no issues. I went to Black+Blue on King for Valentine’s Day Winterlicious. The steak had a slight issue of not cooked to medium rare and was a bit more well done. The manager took care of the situation and had it remade. We were offered a selection of anything on the menu while we waited, small bites, salads, fries, even OYSTERS. THAT was amazing service. I’m a little disappointed with the service provided. The food was cooked wrong. It looked and smelled great. But, a more important error was made, it came out to us with a big loop of hair sitting in the sauce. We were offered nothing nor did the manager came by to say anything about the situation. I felt both dinners were priced the same. Both were the top end $75 selection for the event. Yet the service provided was vastly different! The lighting inside the restaurant was very dim. Music was okay, lots of chatter for the night. Waitresses were somewhat attentive to come by to refill your water.

I love this place! Wonderful service, amazing food. We went for brunch this time, and it was incredible! Smoked salmon Benny, beef brisket Benny, mushroom on toast, etc. Divine!
