My wife, daughter and I went to EST recently and greatly enjoyed the evening. Our sever was very attentive and was able to describe the plates when asked. We had a few questions about the appetizers and mains and this helped immensely. The services was great and the mixed cocktails were spot on. We enjoyed all the plates and even shared a desert at the end. A wonderful evening.

We were a group of 9 for buck a shuck and the poor waitress was all alone for the whole shift since her colleague called in sick, and she still had everything under control. Very impressed with her, great job. Cocktails were great too!
