妊婦の友人のバースデーで伺いました。気をつけなければならない食材や調理法など、予めか確認してくださり、当日はメニューの表記も友人の分は専用にご用意くださいました。クッションやひざ掛けも声かけくださるなど、行き届いたおもてなしと素敵で美味しいお料理で、良いひとときを過ごすことが出来ました！

Excellent foods and service! I am a Korean. So I have been to 3 star restaurants such as Raeon and Gaon in Seoul because of business treats. But I find EsqUisse is much better than those 3 star restaurants. I really enjoy EsqUisse !!

Everything was outstanding. Experimental flavors and surprising match of Japanese (wa) and French. Would recommend to anyone who’s willing to pamper themselves/someone on a special day.

シェフのテーマのお料理は、それを感じさせ季節を感じ、繊細な香りや味わいは温かな気持ちになりました。お料理は、見た目も丁寧で、美しく見た瞬間にどのお皿もワクワクしました。とても美味しかったです。レストランのスタッフの方たちも穏やかで、お料理を説明してくださるのですが、物語へいざなって行くような素敵なお話の仕方でした。ペアリングも私の好みによく合っていて最高にお料理が楽しめました。とても素敵な結婚記念日の食事の時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
