    If you like authentic Basque cuisine, this is the place. The croquettes are creamy and full of flavor from the high quality Jamon. The steak stuffed with ham and cheese is so delicious, I’m still thinking about it. The Basque cheesecake with a caramel sauce is the best I have ever tasted.

    Espectacular en todos los sentidos, el chuletón estaba perfectamente hecho, los cocteles muy buenos y la tarta vasca estaba increíble… felicidades

    The basque cheesecake was fantastic. It was creamy and had a perfect crust. All the food was skillfully cooked with the best ingredients.

    Excelente comida Española de autor, todos los platos espectaculares pero la Mejor tortilla de patatas que he probado con cebolla caramelizada y queso de cabra.

    Se realizó reserva en open table y se anoto era una reunión de negocios muy importante, al llegar nos indicaron que no encontraban la reserva, nos dejaron pasar porque el local no estaba lleno pero si el local hubiera estado lleno seguro nos ponen en lista de espera y nos hacen pasar un mal rato con los clientes. El usar un sistema de reserva es para prevenir y anticiparnos a estas situaciones

    Teníamos reserva pero nos sentaron en la terraza donde había ruido de los carros, y, o calor o un abanico que nos soplaba encima. La comida tipo española estuvo ok. Nada q quisiéramos repetir excepto el postre q era la tarta catalana con frutos rojos que fue lo mejor. Regresaría solo por el postre.

    This is my favorite restaurant in Panama. The venue and atmosphere is great, along with the delicately attentive service (Javier). The chef introduced us to the various dishes we ordered in person. Literally everything tasted amazing. Don Felipe is my new favorite cocktail.
